Fen looked at her, slightly in suprise. "Us?" he blinked and then looked at the fire in the fireplace. "...your right...it has to be us.." standing up he sighed and then started pacing back and forth. "The wolves arent going to like it....and the vampires arent going to like it....how do we stop it?"

"I don't know yet...I'll have to think. But we'll need some support. Are there any friends you have who could help us?" Shay asked.

Fen nodded "Yeah...some will me glad to help...and others might be a little rough to get to....but they'll help us." He looked at the fire and then up stairs at the beds. "Why dont we get some real rest though, those ruins didnt provide much rest. He gently grabbed her wrist, making sure his calusced hands didnt pinch her skin as he led her upstairs and had her sit down on his bed. "Sorry if it smells like me to much." He sat down on the floor, on the sleeping back next to the bed. "Ill be right here though, and the wolves keep constant watch so you wont have to worry about anyone trying to find you."

Shay nodded. HSe wanted to say he could have his bed, and she would sleep where he was, but she knew that he would insist she stay there. So she stayed silent about the matter, a soft sigh escaping her lips as she laid down, the bed comfortable.

Fen layed down, the sleeping bag seeming to be like the comfest bed in the entire world. He stayed ontop of the covers as he rested his head against the pillow, his own relaxed sigh escaping his lips. He quickly drifted off to sleep, the years as a slave seeming to melt off of him in his sleep as he looked like a young boy.

Shay lay in the bed for a few moments, listening to Fen's even breathing, undisturbed as he sleeped. She rolled over a little, glancing at his face. He looked younger in the soft moonlight that shone into the room, and she smiled softly, rolling back over. When she fell asleep, the image of his face lingered in her brain.

-Morning-

Fen slowly sat up, the cloth beneath him barly making a sound. He rubbed his face with a hand and then got up. Pulling off his shirt he set it onto the rail and then walked down stairs, making sure his bare feet didnt make a sound against the log cabin's stairs and floor. He went into the bathroom and splashed his face with water, and soaked his hair slighty in the process. He shook off the access water and then sat down on the couch, staring up at the cabin roof. How am I going to be able to convice the wolves? he thought to himself, his arms streatched against the back of the couch.

Shay's blue eyes slid open as bright sunlight hit her face. She yawned, rubbing her eyes with the heel of her palm. She stifled another yawn as she slid out of the borrowed bed, and she walked down the stairs, immediatly seeing Fen. Unconsiously, she ran her fingers through her tangled black hair. "Morning," she said.

Fen couldnt help but jump slighty as he heard Shay's voice. He turned to look at her, looking into her blue eyes and noticing that she looked rather cute with her long black hair, ruffled from sleeping. He didnt say anothing about though, and didnt let his his face betray what he was thinking. "Morning." He stood up, and walked over to her "Hungry?"

"Sure," Shay said, shrugging. "Sleep good last night?" she asked.

Fen opened up the fridge and looked at her. "What are you hungry for?" He moved out of the way a bit to let her see inside, so she could pick what she wanted. "If it has to be cooked a certain way, i can do it." he offered her, while rubbing the back of his neck. "Im used to cooking." When he was inslaved they had him work in the kitchen for a bit when there wasnt enough werewolf slaves, but he didnt tell Shay that.

Shay noticed he didn't answer her last question, but ignored the fact, peeing into the fridge. Cold air made goosebumps appear on her arms, and she drew back a little, still accustomed to the warmth of the blankets and the bed. She spotted a hunk of some sort of meat in there, and he rmouth watered. She bit her lip to keep from answering to hastily.

"Is it all right if we have the meat?' she asked.

Fen chuckled, seeing her drawing back from the fridge's cool air, and her sudden huger. She was trying to be polite and it had added to his chuckle. "Anything you want." He pulled out the meat and put it on the counter. "Want it raw? Or cooked to a certain way?" He turned back to face her. "And I slept fine thank you. How did you sleep? I hope the bed was comfertable enough, and that it didnt reak to much of me." He started to ramble a bit, unsure of how to act around Shay still.

Shay wasn't able to hide the smile that spread across her face. He was beginning to ramble on, as she did when she got nervous. "I slept fine. The bed was perfect, and I'm fine with mine raw." She added the last part with a nod towards the meat.

A small smile tugged at the corner of his lips, he glanced at her and then grabbed the meat, cutting the plasitc with a quick nip of his teeth. Even though he was in his human form his teeth were a bit pointed and his canines were slighty larger than a normal human's. He turned and pushed the plate with the meat towards her, "Eat up." He turned and pulled out another chunk of meat that was in the fridge, once again snapping off the plastic wrap with his teeth. He took a bite and didnt relize the small amount of blood from the raw meat that ran down from the corner of his mouth and down his chin. Fen turned and watched her for a moment from under his shaggy brown hair with his dark voilet eyes, he hoped she woundt notice, but at the same time he hoped that she would.
