Shay let out a breath, blowing a loose strand of hair away from her face. She took a step back, allowiing him room to land. She smiled. "They wont matter when they see our cash." she said as she pulled out a fair amount of cash. She shrugged under their gaze, "I'm a good pickpocket." she said sheepish;y.

Shay smiled slightly. Yes, but so is breaking and entering, or what we did, teleporting. And I think we may have to do worse in the future if we want to stay away from that creepy dude and the other freaky dude. Shay knew it was wrong, but it was an emergency and it couldnt be help. She sighed, why was life so complicated?

Teleporting isn't against the law on this planet, you humans are still using stinky fossil fuels. said Stardust. My species have natural teleportation but unnatural teleportation is level 4 technology, Earth only has level 2 but you are advancing rapidly, teleportation will probably be possible in your life time.

Oh, right! she said, mentally smacking herself on the forehead. To Jarret she spoke out loud. "Do you have any more change? It'll take a bit more than this to bargain us in and then buy stuff." she started communicated telepathically again. Stardust? Do you think you could transfer some of your powers? That would make it a bit easier.

Maybe so but I'm far too weak to do so presently. I've used a lot of energy today, teleporting acrossthe galaxy and then across several miles the second has taken its toll on me. said Stardust.
