It's not out-and-out terrible, from what I hear, but it doesn't sound like it has enough pro's to make it worth my while. I wouldn't say no if I were at a friend's house and they suggested watching it, as I would with some movies, but I'm not going out of my way for this one. This is pretty much my view.

I'll watch it if someone suggested and it would be easy to just go and see it, but if it's too complicated or it's too hard to get there or whatever, I won't go out of my way for it. Well said, DT.

Sadly, due to a phone call from a realitive who rarely is in contact, we missed the movie, might see it next week. Anyway, I still want to see it. I typically try to figure out what type of movie it is before I decide how to view it. For example, I watch a hollywood horror film expecting thrills and realistic deaths and gore, but when I watch a Syfy Channel original movie, I watch it expecting horrid effects, clearly fake blood and gore, and even worse acting, so to enjoy it, I watch it expecting it to be so bad its good or just intentionally cheesy. Thus, I can enjoy both.
Alpha and Omega, from what I've heard, I plan to go into it expecting and accepting lower than average animation, poor atonimy on the wolves, the inuendo thing, and the supposed violence. I'm not going to go into it expecting the same calaber a film as when I go to see a Shrek movie, or any other computer animated film, and especially not the same spirit I go into watching Balto with.

RJ-Bonkers wrote: Back on topic. I would rent the DVD, as UK says for the sake of comedy and for seeing how much crap they have fitted into this hour and a bit film. Also, Cat; the scenerios you put for the 'we make a good team' line were just awesome. You should write a movie, you know? I should, shouldn't I? xDDD Rebelness wrote: One of those rottentomatoes reviews bother me. Warning parents about sexual innuendo kids won't understand, but teenagers will. What's the point in worrying about it if they won't understand?? And yes, teens WILL understand it, and that's what'll interest us, as it'll make the movie less childish and annoying, and more entertaining. and the bit about language.. since when are "butt", "dumb" and "oh my god" considered bad language?? OH, and not to mention warnings about snarling wolves. Seriously? That's violent? do us all a favour and go watch Bambi or The Lion King, and THEN you'll see why they're so famous and A&O failed so badly. -_- No wonder movies are so kid-friendly these days.. jeez. >.> RT is okay for a basic basic review on stuff, but not something ANYONE should rely on. You go on RT really to see why people like or dislike it and see if those even match your standards, if you even value their opinions that much xDDD Anywhozle, I dunno if you've notived Rebel, but more children's movies are bouncing back into being family movies (How to Train Your Dragon, Tangled, Toy Story 3 (which was one of the movies that made the most money this year) Ice Age 3, Fantastic Mr. Fox, Disney's Christmas Carol, Coraline, Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, even Princess and the Frog had some moments for adults to laugh at. So may wanna review as to why A&O is terrible xDDD People don't normally consider toilet humor "kid-friendly" and that's....pretty much this whole movie when you aren't paying the secondary characters extra attention.
