Re-united *Private RP: WWM and Lone*

"Morning." she said, right before Tam had been kicked. She stood, just watching them talk, and once her brother walked off she nodded to Kat. She slid her front paws down, causing her upper body to fall. She stretched for a few moments, smiling to herself.

Kit stepped out of the den. At first he didn't notice the absence of Kat and Tam, but after not being showered with gretings he finally looked around and saw only Sainiu. "Where are Tamirat and Katmai?" He looked around, and realized that their scent was still fresh. Puzzled, he pinned his ears back. He didn't tell them to go on a morning patrol...

Sainiu jumped up from her stretch and smiled towards him. "Tam left and Katmai.. went after him to see if he would still talk to her..By lunch" she said nodding towards the path that they took. She walked around in a few circles, before sitting down, facing Kit again.

A quizical look on his face, Kit merely blinked and flicked an ear back. "Well, someone needs to do the morning patrol--"

"Morning." The morning light reflected off of Cerebus's red eyes in a mysterious way, making them glow like two rubies. He paddded out of the opening, Viola and Demon in tow.

Kit raised a brow, frowning. "You," both Viola and Cerebus exchanged a look, "go with Sainiu on the morning patrol."

Viola looked at him incredulously. "What?? B-but that's Tam and Katmai's job! Make them go." She snuffed, eyes still glaring. Demon, following his mate's example, took on an affronted and stubborn air as well.

Kit sighed. "They've gone off on their own, who knows where." He stared Viola down with frosty indifference, and she turned her head and glared at the ground. "I expect someone to go with her..." Kit warned before flicking his tail and returning to the den.

Sainiu blinked as Cerebus came out, his eyes stunning her. Once Kit told them to go wih her she turned around, looking at the sky sniffing around aimlessly.

Viola, still disgruntled, turned to Cerebus once Kit had left. "As said before, I'm not going." She threw a glare at Sainiu before nodding her head towrds Demon, indicating that she wanted him to follow her. "Demon and I have some buisiness to attend to..." She smiled slyly at Cerebus and then stood. Trotting away, she snorted delicetly and ran her tail under Cerebus's chin as she left.

Sainiu tilted her head towards Viola, once the darker wolf left she turned towards Cerebus. Slowly she made her way towards his side and smiled widely "Lead on."

Cerebus pinned his ears back, but siad nothing in response. He stood and started walking the opposite way Viola had disappeared, branches cracking beneath his weight. He wasn't too alert, he figured watever pack had tried to do away with them the night before had long since hidden to re-group.

Sainiu followed after Cerebus, but kept her distance. After a while of walking, her curiousity took over "Why are you always so quiet?" she said, while speeding up till her was beside him, looking at his face.

Cerenus shifted his eyes towards Sainiu, then stopped short, turning fully towards her. He opened his mouth as if to say someting, but then he snapped it shut tight again. After a moment of apparent diliberation, his brow creased frostily. "Life is rough, Sainiu." He felt a tingle go through him when he said her name. He hadn't spoken directly to anyone in so long, it was like an electric shock had re-introuced the phenomena to him.

Sainiu stoped when he did. She stayed quiet, just looking at him. Her mind telling herself not to push him for a explanation, but her curiousity saying the opposite. Sai nodded "I see," she said starting to walked again, her tail curled slightly and her nos towards the ground, sniffing.

Cerrbus nodded and kept walking, confident that he wouldn't need to elaborate any further. "Your pack...do you think they," he struggled to find the words. He wasn't as big a softie as he seemed(and he didn't sem like one to start with), "...miss you?" He looked at Sainiu and then back towards the path. He was curious himself. Lately, he hadn't felt the same attitude coming from his own pack, but then, lately he wasn't the easiest to get close to.

Sainiu looked back to him and smiled softly. "I am guessing so," she stated softly. Putting her nose back to work she contined "Well, my mother tends to worry alot.. and Uriel is.. protective.. I guess" she said, keeping her smile.

Cerebus nodded. After a long pause he spoke. "I never knew my mother." He kicked a small stone out of his path. "She dropped me off in the southern forests long ago,when I was a pup if you can imagine that." He shook his head, and a grinamce spread across his features, "....I'm sure she's long gone by now.... back to our HomeLand, or worse." Cerebus plastered his ears against his head. That had happened hundreds of years ago, but it still pained him, not knowing his mother's fate. "At least you knew yours well. She sounds like she cares...you've got her and your pack. And this Uriel girl...a friend of yours?"

((yes, I know Uriel's a guy xD))

Sai felt a wave of sadness fall over her, as he spoke about his mother. She had lived with hers, and still did ..And her father aswell. Sainiu perked when he started about about Uriel, she started to chuckle. "Uriel is a boy" she said, grinning smally. "He is a friend, a pack member of mine."
