Xinal looked up at the sky checking the sun. "We're going to find out soon enough." He glanced back at her adding, "We need to head back before anyone starts missing us." He bunched up his muscles prepared to stand up on all fours.

Daiku thought hard and considered all the options, "I hate this alpha stuff... you know i've been thinking about getting a different alpha, i'm not the greatest leader, perhaps he could find someone... but could he lead the pack wisely?" Daiku felt a gut feeling that if someone else took over war might break out all over again, he couldn't resign, not now, maybe not ever..

Hayumi nodded, a small and playfull smirk wrote itself on her face sweetly."Arooo!" Her honey howl echoed threw the trees as she began to ran quickley threw the forest.

Xinal watched Hayumi race off. He was startled at the swift departure and was left standing frozen. When he regained his compusure he muttered, "At least she doesn't have to bring a whole carcass back." He laughed before picking up the prey meant for the pack. He started hauling it through the path from which they came.

Freya looked at Daiku. "Don't worry. You'll grow into your position soon enough." She padded towards the mouth of the den to look at all the packs. "I felt that same way when I first became alpha. However," Her gaze shifted back to him, "the moment you realize how much your pack needs you, it will help drive you onwards to do what needs to be done." She paused realizing her words were that of Granger. She herself asked him if it was hard leading a pack that when she was a pup.

She turned to look again across the clearing where all the wolves were lounging about, idly chatting and some snoozing. It all looks peaceful now. However conflict is bound to happen with boundaries. She said and told herself, "For the good of the packs."

With a firm resolve she told Daiku. "I'm willing to be a mate so that we can join these two Packs and make them whole: For peace to reign." Although she had no love interest in anyone else, why did she feel as if she did? She shook away the thoughts. It's just my imagination.

daiku watched her as she left, well stare would be more like it. He eyed Freya, admiring her.... Wait! whats was he thinking? he shook his head and thumped himself. It isn't possible, just no possible. Daiku just thought, "Am I starting to get atracted to Freya? it's not possible...is it?"

Hayumi had her catch on her back as she stretched her wings and soard upward, her smile bright as she saw the male below on the ground."He-he!" She giggled as she twisted and turned downward back to him."I can smell the pack nearby, we must be closer." She mention as they reached a break in the ferns that lead them into the gathering of wolves.She watched as Freya walked from the den "They must be done talking." She sighed, her wait had been over but it didn't seem like waiting when she was with him.

Freya turned to look back at Daiku. She noticed that there was something on the young alpha's mind. "Is there something bothering you?" She paused and thought about what she just said in the last few moments. Was it because of her sudden decision to offer herself to be the unifying factor of the two packs?

Xinal finally dragged in the carcass. After leaving the kill in the midst of the pack, which garnered the attention of all that were sitting there, he reported back to his superior before taking the chance to look around. He spotted Freya stepping out of the den only to turn back in. "That must be one serious discussion they're having."

Hayumi nodded slightly in agreement, she then took the carcass with her and sat where she had been before."More boring waiting...Alone." She growled to herself.

Xinal sat down with a sigh. Not that he underestimates the use of this meeting but how long would it take? He looked at Hayumi who has already sat down. What could be done to pass the time? He asked himself while looking up to the sky.


A faint figure appeared, floating and drifting. It was in the fuzzy form of a butterfly but it was made up of pure light blue light. Like random sparks igniting that create the illusion that there is a figure flittering through the air. It disappeared twice, both only after a few moments. The third time it appeared it stayed longer. A grin grew on Xinal's maw.

BIC// Daiku blushed slightly, hating himself for thinking like that and shook his head quickly when Freya asked her question, "no... i'm ok... just nervous and concered, thats all." he knew it was a slight lie, why didn't he just ask her if she liked him? he just shrugged it off for now.

Freya kept her gaze on him as if her question was still not satisfied. After a few moments however she turned around and shook her pelt in an attempt to warm her up. She was starting to feel the chilly winds of night. After contemplating for a few moments she barked back at Daiku, "So, shall we announce the decision for the merge?" Hidden from sight, her tail swayed uneasily from side to side. She knew she was going to do something that couldn't be taken back. For the sake of the Packs. She told herself however she didn't feel so convinced.

Hayumi kept a eye on Xinal as she watched him smile at the blue object, she smiled also, but not because the same reason as he.She liked to see him happy, her heart thudded as his smile grew."No.."m She whispered faintly as she quiclley changed her glance towards the ground.
