Aleu shot Maple a quick glance then smiled at Luke. She wished her family would stop talking for her. As nice as Luke was, she wanted to spend time iwht her family and other friends too. Like Jake.... she shook her head. Thsi was a time fo rher to be there for Luke.... She sighed. What was she supposed to do?

See ya," Jake said as Maple walked out the door. He glanced at Aleu from the corner of his eye. Those two had always gotten along. She had been one of his first friends. It was so odd seeing her as anything more than just a friend. He had always thought she was beautiful, but thinking of her made his head spin. Jake thought he night have a chance with her, but he kept thinking about how much Luke loves, not likes, loves her. She probably likes him better than him anyways.

Suprisingly Luke was thinking a very simler fault. What if i become Disabled and she didn't Want me if she chosen Jake, because of my "Problem" he woul'd just never get over it. 2 reasons, he main was because he woul'd of lost somone he truly did love, the other, is one he could get over. But loosing Alue, would kill him. "4 weeks they said. For weeks max..." He sighed. "4 weeks in this Prision. With a 35% chance of being put down." He layed his head again. And started to groom himself.

Aleu was confused. She had feeligns fo rLuke, no chance denying it. But seeing Jake again was... amazing. She looked at him quickly then looked away again. She really did like both but..... she suspected she might have a prefrence in a little.... But what did she do if she did have a prefrence?

A man stepped in too see the 4 dogs. "2 Dogs or wolves only." He said as he put down a 2 water bowls and some food. "The one that is not going to stay please leave. Say your goodbyes though. And... anyway you can come back tomorrow we are just locking up for the night." He said looking at the 3 visiting dogs.
Luke looked at Alue and Jake in hope that they woul'd stay overnight. "Please, Alue, Jake, stay." Now he slightly started to begg. He lowerd his head wondering if ALue was going to go. Alue leaving, woul'd make him feel really lonely, Jake leaving he woul'd feel slightly lonely. Jenna leaving wouldn't effect him as long as they all came back tomorrow. But he felt the same about Maple. "I'm fine, you come back and look what happens you get kicked. It is ok, come back tomorrow?" She asked him.
"I'll go, Balto on his own... He coul'd stop another world war and i wouldn't know about him... Knowing what he egst up too on his own i don't know." She chuckled before walking up to Luke She licked him, "Get better soon." SHe said before walking out of the hospital. SHe didn't have feelings for him, well she did but just friendship, she just hoped he got better soon for Alue's sake.
"Are you two staying?" The vet asked directing to Alue and Jake.

Jake wasn't sure if he should stay, but as he looked between Luke and Aleu, it seemed both wanted him there. He nodded at the vet.

Aleu wagged her tail and had to restrain herself from nuzzlign him. Not here, she told herself. She looked at Luke and smiled then smiled at Jake.

But somthing was wrong... There was a alarm sound now coming from Luke's bed, you coul'd tell my the pain in his face somthing had gone wrong. Instantly the door swang open for about 7 vets ran into the room. Alue and Jake where sent out into the waiting room. All you coul'd he was Luke's cries... And a few words that i cant say. The most common was "Alue, Help me!". About half an hour later they where allowd back into the room. Luke's paw was out of its cast. But this time he had wires coming out of him. And a pipe coming out of his mouth. He was on some form of Life support system. The vets moved Alue's and Jake's baskets onto a ledge. Witch he lifted to bedside. Luke didn't know there presents, he coul'd and probably die.

Maple listens in shock then looks to Aleu. 'i have to go my owner will be wondering where i am, i promise i will be back tommrow please tell Luke i say get well soon' Maple quickly nuzzles her sister then trots out of the vets.
