Luke spotted Jackson and dashed up to him but lowered his ears and whimpered when seeing the shape Jackson was in. "Uncle Jackson, what happened? You're hurt."
"Of course dear, you can raise them but I will not allow the resulting pack to get too large, understand that." said Saber. "My name is Saber by the way."

Saber looked down and saw the two wolves. She grabbed Nickel. "Sorry dear but fear is my most powerful weapon, if they think I'd spare you, I might lose that." she said, almost bitterly. She slung Nickel off the cliff.
Luke pinned his ears and whimpered. "I-is momma alright?" he asked, very worried and almost to the point of tears. "Please tell me she's alright." said the frightened pup.

Nickel howled in fear as she plummeted down.
Spirit gaped at Nickel. "NICKEL!" he howled. He watched as she fell. Once she was near enough, he leapt forward and let her fall on his back.

"So thats what it takes for her to howl, a shame really." said Saber, walking back into her cave. She decided to clean out some and began throwing the mangled bones of wolves she'd eaten over the cliff as well.
Luke snuggled up close to Jackson, seeking comfort, he was still scared.

Nickel rested her head in his fur. "Yeah. The cat saw them looking ad threw me off the cliff so they kept fearing her. Spirit caught me." she breathed in his scent, trying to shake with fear from what happened. "You're okay. Oh, Jackson, you're okay...."
Spirit smirked slightly at JAckson and Nickel then looked at Luke. "You're mother's fine. You should be proud of her. She's very brave."
