It annoys me when opeople hate on Twilight just to be cool, and make up their own opinions of it without even reading it. What's worse is when people who have read it hate on it for not even understanding it. Lol I like Bella and Edward... but they're not my favourite. (atleast they're way better than Bella and Jacob... ew). Jasper and Alice are adorable. :3 And I don't remember that bit very well... I need to re-read it at some point x3 I'm glad you're both on my side on this, and that there's still proud non-frightening fans around. tbh, we don't even get fans that bad here. I never knew how bad it was until I discovered people hated it BECAUSE of the 'crazy obsessed fans'. That's still not enough to put me off them though. I'm not a crazy and obsessed fan. I'm not madly in love with Edward or Jacob (EW), I like the plot and the writing style, and the unique concepts. I like how she's re-done vampires a little to fit the stories better too. The typical blood-thirsty garlic-hating coffin inhabitants were just getting old, and I couldn't take them seriously. I especially like their supernatural powers too, those were cool. :3 haha. Almost how I liked the book. I read it because I wanted to see how aful it was. Turns out, it wasn't. I hated Twilight at first because of the fans, and now I'm glad I read it. I still don't like the fans though. >.< lol, that ain't good. :3 But I'm glad you ended up enjoying it x3 I don't like the crazy obsessed fans any more than you do. I like the ones you can have proper interesting conversations about Twilight with. Like with some of my good friends and with my boyfriend. :3 There are still some of those left in the world, believe it or not

That is cute. XD

That is cute. XD Yes, I must say I agree completely xD Edward is NOT one of those, however. He always has to be in control (this shows itself when he STALKS Bella, leaving her out of nowhere and, just...ACK) When he just leaves her randomly, it's like he's saying: "THIS is what happens when you don't listen to me! You want me to stay, listen to my orders! OBEY ME!! OBEY MY COMMENDS!!!" Aaaalllrrriiight...maybe not the last part, but you get the idea.

I don't hate Edward, he's not a bad character afterall but that's what I don't like about him, in the movie too, he didn't let Bella to go to see Jacob or such, okay, he just wanted to protect her but jeez, let that girl some freedom xD

I have seen Eclipse
It was better than the other two, admittedly
Jake's lines were amusing and surprisingly they managed not to make him look like a total idiot with the whole scene up in the mountains
Edward and Bella's scenes still lacked chemistry methinks and we got to see more of Edward being an idiot too (I think we only got a glimpse of it at the end of New Moon)
Also the romance-y scenes were a bit... pathetic but OH WELL

I love the Twilight books and films. I personally think the books are better than the movies, as usual. The Twilight Saga has been a favorite of mine for a long time, but now I've worn off of the extreme fandom. I still remain a regular fan of the Twilight Saga though.
