School Grade!

This is crazy. I came to this site for the first time when I was going into my Freshman year of high school. Now look at me. I'm a high school Senior.

I'm 12 right now and I'm going into grade 7. I'm kinda nervous but excited at the same time. *ish scared to get lost* :lol:

oh eww gross, ive never heard of h.s. having to wear uniform, only middle and elementary. is it a private school or public, becuase private schools pretty much always have uniforms as far as i know.

It's a private school, though the one I was in up until now was private too and I never had to wear uniforms there. If I don't like the school I'll be going to in September, I've decided I'd just go to the public one up the hill from my house instead for Grade 10.

Whoa! Ash! You never told me you went to a private school! I'd love to wear a uniform just for school! I'm not a skirt person either, but I'd get used to it easily.

if you start school your in grade 1 is that how it goes?
i watch too many movies and always wonder how american schools work

I'm now a sophomore.

Tala--> Preschool is any school you have before you start Elementary school. Elementary school is first, second, third, fourth and fifth grade. Middle school is sixth, seventh and eighth grade. Middle school is ninth, tenth, eleventh and twelfth grades. After that, it's college.

I'm in 12th now, finally my last year in high school. Darn it feels like just yesterday I was getting on the bus for my first day in kindergarten and now its almost time to got to College, where does time go. :roll:

wow that's at least 4 schools before college!?
