"I probably made Khonny feel bad though..." She muttered, standing by Duke and laying her head over his back.

Duke smiled at her. "Mom doesn't take anything to heart. She's probably more concerned to know if you're okay. It takes a lot to upset her."

"O-okay.." She said, licking the back of Duke's ear.

"Do...you wanna try to talk to her again?" he asked. "I'll be right there next to you the entire time.."

Egg · **Posted:** Sat Sep 10, 2011 10:25 am

"Oh-okay.." She decided, cautiously begining to walk beside Duke.

Duke walked shoulder to shoulder with Warbler, keeping as close as he could to reassure her. When they neared Khonny's den they could see Shiloh laughing and giggling as Khonny groomed her.

Warbler sank a little behind Duke once again as she approached Khonny.

Khonny glanced over once they neared, smiling. "Oh there you are. Is everything alright..?" she asked with a concerned tone to her voice.

Warbler nodded quickly, continuasly looking at her paws.
"Im sorry i ran off.." She said.

"Oh think nothing of it," Khonny shook the though off. "But are you alright? Did something scare you honey?"

Egg · **Posted:** Sun Sep 11, 2011 1:12 pm

Warbler looked at Khonny, quickly averting her eyes.
"No." She whimpered, "Nothin' scared me.."

xWolfPrincex · **Posted:** Sun Sep 11, 2011 1:18 pm

Duke moved closer to Warbler, reassuring her. "It's okay."
"Oh.." Khonny nodded slowly. "I can guarantee nothing will hurt you right here.."

Egg · **Posted:** Sun Sep 11, 2011 1:26 pm

Warbler nodded slowly, staring at the ground underneath Khonny's feet.
"O-okay.." She said, shuffling her paws.

Duke looked at Warbler and sighed. "Dad screwed up..." he growled under his breath. "Then again he's so screwed up I'm not surprised."
" Duke." Khonny warned. "Don't talk about your father like that."

Warbler stepped away from Duke, looking wide eyed at him.
"Duke! Prince didn't do ANYTHING!" She barked, the fur along her spine rising.
