Ellis rolled his eyes and waved a hand. "Just, goodnight fruitcakes." he ended as he climbed into his own bottom bunk.
Kyler rolled her eyes at Ellis and said "Goodnight." one last time to Damien before rolling back into her own bed.

Carmen pretended to be asleep and covered her head with her arms.
Tara's eyes fluttered open when the warmth of Chase's arms disappeared, and so she took her blanket off and climbed into Chase's bed, snuggling up against his chest and sighing contently.

Tara awoke still snuggled up to Chase, but not as rested as she hoped. She had a nightmare the night before about her mom again.
