Bruce stopped walking when another dog introduced herself to Ranni out of the blue; a questionable look was upon his face.

"We're almost there, we're almost there, we're almost there..." T.P kept repeating that over and over until he reached the vet's office he'd taken Gia to earlier. Luckily, the vet was sitting outside when T.P came up to him.
"Isn't this the same dog I operated on not too long ago?" He quickly grabbed Gia and went into the building.

The vet couldn't understand Gia's barking, so he decided to take her into the operating room. He then gave her an anesthetic so that she'd fall asleep and he could operate on her to seal her wound up.
