Itchy brought up the rear.

Charlie trotted along at his own pace not caring if the others couldn't keep up.

Zero could keep up easy because of his long legs, but he could see Itchy having some trouble. So he stopped, and when Itchy was at his side he picked him up and set him on his back. "It'll be a lot easier this way." He said.

Charlie kept his trot up not realizing that Zero had even held up to wait for Itchy.

"Thanks, he is completley oblivious."

"Besides throwing something at his head, what can ya do."

"Hey Charlie!"

"What?" Charlie called back somewhat annoyed.

Getting his attention and making him annoyed works too. Zero thought, looking up at the wiener dog on his back.

(Whatta ya mean by "looking up at the wiener dog on his back?")

(He put Itchy on his back so Itchy can travel easier, and Itchy's a wiener dog. Simple.)

"It would be a lot easier Itch. At the stride Charlie and I could take, you could keep up easier." Zero replied. "Besides, you were asking Charlie something?"

Charlie waited up for the two, "C'mon" he said motioning towards the pier.

"Never mind..." Zero said, shrugging. "Coming Charlie!"

Charlie raised a brow, "You are already here."

"Not to the end of the pier." Zero replied, going and sitting at the end.

"What the heck are you talking about!?" responded Charlie confused on what Zero was thinking since they were standing on the sidewalk a block away from the pier.
