"That sounds like such a romantic name," Danielle said. "I wonder if I'll ever find the right dog for me."
"Steele is a big black and white, pure breed husky who was the glory hound of the day," Rose explained. "He had all the girls tied around his finger excpet for Mom, the one husky he wanted. He vowed revenge on my father, but he was baned from Nome no less because he almost lost the medicine that my dad brought home safely."
"Yes, I think I've heard of him," Scout said. "I'm pretty sure he came through here a long time ago. But he's long gone now."

Miki nodded. "Good, that guy was rotten to the core." she said. "He came back to try to get revenge on dad, almost did by getting him and Kodi's mail team lost in a blizzard but me, Rose, Saba, and mom saved them." she said. "And Rose gave Steele a low blow when he threatened mom." she said with a chuckle.

Ana nodded. "I hope he doesn't but at least he had Fang." she said, forgetting Scout wouldn't know who Fang was.
