T.P then thought that it would be a great time to cause chaos. "Yeah," he answered the instructor. "He was born during the time when all men wore wigs!"
The class busted out laughing and Mr. Shchedrin frowned.

Bruce looked at her. Should I wake her up? he asked himself, not wanting his friend to get in trouble.

"Quiet class!" the Russian teacher ordered. "Anyway, Shakespeare was the one who wrote the play Romeo and Juliet. I hope you all remember that from last week."

"I doubt it," T.P said as he put his feet up on the table-desk. "I think your lecture put us all to sleep. He smiled as more laughter sounded.

"Good acting everyone!" T.P stood up and clapped. Some of the other students sat up and Bruce chuckled at T.P's actions.

"Alright, Mr. Smarty-Pants. Since you're loving the attention your classmates a giving, how about you come up to the board and write the title of an actual work of literature you read over the summer."

T.P smiled. I bet he thinks I'm gonna joke about this!

Before T.P could walk from his seat, the intercom came on: "Mr. Shchedrin? Is Bruce Miller present?"

The class looked at Bruce and the teacher answered, "Yes. He is here."

"I need him in the main office for a second, please," the intercom said. Bruce got up, grabbed his backpack, and walked out the door towards the office.

"It is okay," Mr. Shchedrin told her and pointed to her seat. "Just don't be late again, Adia."

In the office, Bruce saw Owl sitting impatiently in a chair. Her red-orange hair wasn't combed as usual and she was wearing a black T-shirt with "E=mc2" on it, denim blue jeans, and her bone necklace.
"Hey, Owl. What are you doing here?"

"And where are you going?" Bruce said in a hushed tone to Gia. "You know you're gonna get in trouble if the teacher finds out you're skipping."

"They called me down to the office like they did you," Owl answered and Bruce sat beside her. "I have no idea what for though. Suddenly, a tall, blond-haired girl wearing a white button-down shirt and a blue skirt walked in. Her brown eyes locked onto Bruce and Owl.
"Um...h-hi," she said. "Um the people in the office said that you two were going to show me around."
