Kat nodded at his words, but she was still very much hurt.
"Ya...I'm starving..." She admitted.

"Okay!" Alfred said, excitedly dragging her back to his house. Arthur sat in his room, on his laptop, finishing up schoolwork when they came in. He heard Alfred announce that he was home, so he figured Kat was with him, since he was so happy. The Brit sighed, putting on his best bored look and trotting down the short flight of stairs.
"Took you long enough." He grumbled, walking past them and grabbing a bottle of water.

Kat eye'd Arthur suspiciously, but then decided that she didn't care. She began getting food out of the fridge, and decided to mak pasta.
"Hey, Alfred, I never see your parents anymore. Where are they?" Kat asked. She had no problems with asking about parents, as long as no one asked about her's.

"Mom and dad have some kind of shooting in Russia, so theyre probably in Eureope riht now." Alfred explained, eyeing Arthur. Why was he so grumpy? Arthur trotted back upstairs, and left his door open, to let some fresh air in.

"Ah, interesting. So you have this apartment thing to yourself? That's cool. I wish I had stuff of my own. Ah that'd be siiick." Kat fanatasized, completly ignoring Arthur. She pulled a pot ad filled it with water then set it on the stove.

"Dude! You should totally stay here like tonight! And maybe even tomorrow!" Alfred said with an excited gasp.

Kat smiled, "Maybe I will, it'd be nice to get away from all of those sad, depressed, people."

"Yes!" Alfred fistpumped, hugging Kat tightly.

Kat laughed weakly and patted his back affectionatly. She pulled away from the hug and poured the pasta into the now boiling water.
"I hope Arthur likes pasta." Kat said, grabbing two tomatoes from the refriderator and beginning to cut them up.

"Knowing him he'll probably just eat a salad or something healthy." Alfred scoffed, pulling out a bowl of lettuce. "Ill give this to him and he can do as he pleases." He joked. Arthur rolled his eyes upstairs, and shut down his laptop, before coming downstairs and grabbing a notebook of the counter, he walked into the living room.

Kat grabbed some basil and smashed it into the tomato sause she had made. When the pasta was finished she strained it and added the sauce.
"Food's ready!" She called, devided the pasta onto plates and settign them on the tabel. Kat walked over to Arthur and ooked over his shoulder at the notebook.
"What'cha dooin'?" She asked, trying to read the notebook.

Arthur jolted, before sighing.
"Good heavens you scared me.." He muttered, before looking down at the notebook. "I was sketching. I got bored so i decided to draw the Tellie." He said, standing and tossing the notebook down on the couch.

Kat dived for the notebook and began flipping through it, having no scence of boundries.
"Hey some of these are actually good!" She said, looking at a picture of some random guy, but as she focused on the picture she noticed who the guy was. It was Alfred, no doubt about that. KAt froze, then remembered what had happened between Arthur and Alfred.

FIguring that she'd seen the one of Alfred, Arthur sighed.
"He asked me to draw him, because he stole my notebook as well." The pictue was just of Alfred, sitting on the couch smiling his goofy smile. Said american walked into the living room, and looked at Kat.
"'s just a drawing Kat..i thought he was..real good..so.."

Kat nodded, trying not to get so mad. She flipped through the book and saw no more pictures of Alfred and closed the book, satisfied. She handed him the notebook and pranced to the table.
