4:30? He could finish his... chores, by then. He smiled when she mentioned a movie. "Alright, I'll see you then. Oh and I live downtown, At the Plaza Manor apartments, it's apartment B-12." he told her.

"Okay, see you then." Heather said beforing hanging up. She stood and shuffled to the bathroom to take a shower. When sh emerged from the shower she put on a black tank-top with a silver cardigan and black skinny jeans. She pulled her Ipod out and exited her apartment. Once on the streets, Heather made her way to the Soup Kitchen and signed in. She wiggled behind a counter and started serving food to the less fortunate.

Later that Day-

Atticus came into his apartment it was 4:25, he was excited for Heather to come, but he couldn't decide why. He hurried off to his room to get cleaned up.

Heather dissmounted the bus infront of Atticus's apartment. She looked up at the writting that hung above the building, Plaza Manor it chimed in cold lettering. Heather took a step back, intimedated at the sign, then headed in. If she remember correctly, he was in apartment B-12. Her sneakers slapped the carpets floor as she jogged around the halls, trying to figure out where he was.

Finally she found apartment B-12 and hugged the movie she had tightly to her chest. She'd picked the movie Avatar, knowing he'd probably seen it. Heather knocked on the door and held her breath.

Atticus heard the knock and hurried out of his room and opened the door, smiling when he saw Heather. He wore a muscle fit black under armor shirt and a pair of faded blue jeans. "Hey." he smiled. His Greater Swiss Montain Dog, Scout (http://www.choosing-a-dog-made-easy.com/images/greater-swiss-mountain-head.jpg), came to his side and looked up at the girl with a tail wag.

"Hi." Heather chimed, then looked down at the dog. "You never told me you had a dog! I love dogs!" Heather exclaimed, kneeling down and petting Scout roughly. "D'aww, good doggy!" She hummed, scratching between his ears and smiling.

Atticus laughed, "I didn't know you liked dogs. Most people aren't to fond of Scout." He grinned watching the dog lick her face.

Heather laughed when the dog licked her face and she wiped her cheek with her sleeve.

"Nah, I used to have a dog, but my land-lord doesn't allow dogs. So I have a cat, Jasper." She explained.

Atticus nodded "Yeah, I had to find a place that allowed dogs, cause I couldn't get rid of Scout... Oh, you can come in!" he said quickly, Scout barked and came galloping back into the house, pausing to wait on the humans.

Heather nodded and stepped in the apartment. It was cleaner than her's, a lot cleaner. And it had a cozier feel than her's. Heather liked the place right off the bat.

Atticus shut the door, the apartment (http://www.cooltownstudios.com/images/apt_therapy-smallcool2008-1st.jpg) was far to nice for a detective to afford but... Atticus made more than the average detective. He walked up to stand at her side looking around also.

"Nice place." Was all Heather could manage. Her eyes scanned the apartment, in comparison to her's, this was a utopia. Heather walked to the T.V. and placed the movie in. She trotted to the kitchen and pulled out some popcorn, Heather then placed it in the microwave and listened as the corn exploded into fluffy peices. When the popcorn was done she pulled out a bowl, like she had lived there her whole life, and poured it in.

Heather retuned to the sofa infront of the TV and pressed play, a bowl of popcorn in her lap. She looked at Atticus and motioned for him to sit down with her.

Atticus couldn't help but grin, he felt like a guest... In his own house? Scout trotted over to a beanbag chair, 'his' beanbag chair and he curled up on it. Atticus smiled and walked over to the couch, taking a seat next to Heather. "Maybe I'm too organized, since you knew exactly where my popcorn and bowls where." he grinned playfully.

Heather grinned with him and shrugged "People are usually predictable, popcorn is in the pantry, bowls were in the cabnit. I can assume a lot about people before I even know them." Heather admitted, looking at the screen and pressing play.

Atticus chuckled and leaned back onto the couch, and watched the movie as it began.
