Cress smiled. "You wouldn't make a fool of yourself..." he prompted. "I'll teach you.."

"Oh I'd make myself look like a fool." she giggled.

"But you'd be a cute fool," he smirked.

"Aww." she whacked him playfully with her paw. "That's adorable."

Cress chuckled. He flicked his tail to the side. "And so are you."

Carlyn giggled and blushed. She leaned against him causally and yawned.

"Tired?" Cress asked, seeing her yawn. "Wanna head back to your pack..?"

Carlyn looked down.
"I don't..really wanna go back.."

Cress tilted his head and folded his ears back.
"Is it..bad over there..?"

"It's not bad...just..lonely." she sighed and stood. "But I gotta be getting back..I think it's getting kinda late.."

Cress nodded. "Well you can always come over here if you want to."

Carlyn smiled and licked his nose.
"Thanks..that..that means a lot.." she looked up at him. "Will you walk back with me?" she tilted her head. "If your busy, that's fine..you don't have to."

Cress smiled when she licked his nose. He moved to stand at her side. "Of course i'll walk you back. I'm never to busy for you."

Carlyn began walking off toward the border.
"This..feels so right..but so wrong..." She looked up at Cress.
