I though this could be somewhere in the list of Balto related songs http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Go7JR5sNORs . 'Oh, Lord Have Mercy on a Country Boy' - (once again) Josh Turner. ^ It's about the wood and wild lands being taken away by the industrial organizations and this one person who grew up in the woods reminisces about the times when he was a kid and wishes it would return.

Possibly "Burning Farm" by Patrick Doyle. (From the Eragon soundtrack.) I haven't listened to it in so long, but it would go great in a really epic scene.
