Now that Hera mentioned it, Shay's wings felt a bit tight too. "We could always go flying by ourselves for a while you know," she said softly, eyes pleading.

Sure, Max, Shay thought sarcastically, mentally rolling her eyes. Without speaking a word, she took a few steps, and hurled herself into the air. A grin sppread across her face as her feathers caught the wind, pulling her higher.

Hera followed swiftly behind her, pausing only to pick out a mosquito that had landed in her wings, hoping for some easy blood.
"Where to. After all, we have to be back ''in an hour'" She said, rolling her eyes.

Shay shrugged, a movement that looked odd when she was flying, due to the wings and all. "I don't car.e Let's just fly, see where the wind takes us." She paused. "I'm just going to make suer we're back in an hour," she added seriously.

"Hey! What's that down there?" She said, gesturing towards a brown blob that appeared to be looking up.

Shay squinted at the ground, unable to make it out. SHe looked up at Hera, her green eyes narrowed in confusion and curiousity, "I don't know, but I want to find out," she said.

Shay had to grin. "Thanks, Hera," she said. Unable to give her a hug, she let her grin widen. She began to point her body downward.
