Loki used his nose to sort through, instead of his paws, which was kinda hard for him. He used his sprained leg to gently move the stuff out of the way, and the other to stand. He found a few old frozen waffles that had gone slightly bad. "Want waffles for breakfast?" he called over his shoulder, "Found some frozen waffles." he said, "Not too moldy, either..." he added.

Loki watched her eat, but then ate some of the waffle himself. "Mmm..." he said after eating it. Then hhe dug through the can some more, wagging his tail slowly. He perked his ears though, he heard a truck stop, and a human get out of it. his body tensed, and he looked over at Sadie, "Dogcatchers!" he said, "Run!"

Loki tried to run faster, so the human wouldn't see them. He ran almost as fast as normal, holding his hurt leg far off the ground, almost as high as his chest. "Go... Ahead..." he said.

Loki flattened his ears when he heard the human start running. He growled a tiny bit, not afraid to turn and fight. He didn't turn around, though.
