Kodi looked, but it was too late. He yelped as he crashed into the branch and fell over, whimpering.
"I guess," Scout began to say, but he was cut off by the jerk of his harness because of Kodi's fall. Scout looked over at Kodi and trotted toward him.

"You ok Kodi?" asked Ana, concerned for her brother. She took a step forwards but stepped on a branch, causing it to come up and hit Kodi in the throat. "Oops!" she said, taking another step back, stepping on another branch, cause its two limbs to swing up and hit her and Maria in the throat. Ana groaned and fell to the ground, coughing and covering her throat. She couldn't catch her breath and it was very painful.
Balto sighed. "Why are my kids so danger prone?"
OOC: Ana is very danger prone, isn't she?

Bic:// Kodi coughed as the branch hit his throat. He swallowed and tried to talk, but it took a few minutes to get his voice back. "S'kau, Anna," he said hoarsely as he picked himself up.
Maria yelped as she was thrown backwards by the force of the branch onto her throat. She coughed violently. She whimpered as she looked at the snow and saw a few droplets of blood. One of the thorns had scratched the side of her neck, and though it wasn't deadly or injuring or anything, it stung terribly.

Balto saw the blood and came over. He licked the wound. "Feel better?" he asked. He gave his other kids a look to tell them he was concerned for them as well.
Ana finally recovered from the hit in the throat. "Man that hurt!" she said. "You alright Kodiak?
