Cassie giggled as she slowly swam backwards away from Zane, wondering how long it would take for him to recover and come after her.
"Not gonna happen," Cody said with a smile. "Hiking is more fun, anyways. And a lot drier," he added, already walking toward the edge of the woods.

Cassie held her breath as she went under. She quickly turned herself around to grab Zane's leg and swam deeper to pull him under with her.
"I'm sure," Cody said, throwing an arm back over her shoudler.
Bridget pulled herself out of the water and was about to do another dive, preferably near Finn and with a large splsh, but she saw to retreating figures from the corner of her eye. "Hey!" she shouted at Cody and Aerion just before they reached the confinement of the trees.
Cody stopped dead in his tracks and had his arm off of Aerion as soon as the word was out of Bree's mouth. He turned around to face her, not daring to speak a word.

"Nothing, just the same old jerk," Cassie replied cooly. She bit the inside of her lip trying not to smile.
"Where do you two think you're going?" Bridget asked, walking up to them.
"I was just going to let Aerion see the woods," Cody answered innocently.
Bridget raised an eyebrow at him. "Do you honestly think thats the best idea?" she asked, meaning for him to replace 'best' with 'safest.'

Cassie sighed. "Nothing really, alright? Happy now?"
"Why do I have trouble beleiving that?" Bridget shot back.
"Calm down, Bree," Cody said. "We're going into the local woods not the Forbidden Forest. Nothing's out there that can hurt either of us."
"No offense, but I'm not entirely worried about you," Bridget said ot Cody.

Cassie looked at Zane with narrowed eyes. She never trusted that smile.
"Don;t you walk away from me, Aerion!" Bridget yelled after her sister, taking a few feeble steps after her sister.

Ooc:// Sorry I have disappeard. Mid-terms are next week and you would think that we would have a little less homework. *sighs* Anyways, I;m taking a nice long break from studying and I don't have much homework, so I'll be here for a while.  Bic:// Cassie let out a sound that was something between a squel and a laugh before holding her breath again. Under the water, she stragled out of Zane's arms, but didn't have much of a chanch to swim away."Could you at least try to get along with your sister," Cody scolded Bree. "Nothing was going to hurt her and now she's gone running off into the woods.""Oh, don't you dare blmae this on me!" Bridget said, poking Cody in the chest with a firm finger. "If you hadn't taken her with us behing my back I wouldn't have to be mad at her." She glared up at him for a while before sighing. "Why don't you just go after her," she said in a quiet but venomous voice. "Its obvious that both of you would rather you go with her than me." She turned and walked away form her, not helping but feeling a little hurt at the fact.

It only took Cassie a few minutes to find a rock on the bottom of the shallow part of the lake and, still crouched down under the water, stand in it. She waited for Zane to turn in the oppostie direction she was lurking before jumping up and out of the water and landing forcefully onto his back, though not enough to get him all the way under.
Cody pursed his lips, wanting to say something to Bree. He knew that loosing a sister, even just the relationship, must be hard after all that she had been put through. But even as these thoughts ran through his mind, he was already backing up into the woods. Then, he was full out running through the tree. "Aerion! Come back! Where are you are?!" he shouted.
Bridget looked back as she heard a russel in the brushes. She saw Cody disappearing deeper into the trees. He hadn't even said anything to her. Some friend he turned out to be. Furious now, Bridget stomped back to Zane's car, opened the back door, and slammed it loudly. She was in enough control to not use her were-strength and break the door of the hinges. She had a feeling Zane would be ticked off enought that she had slammed the door with such force.
