Tera nodded. "That is correct." she said. "Soon a girl from the villiage offered herself to Majin so he would save there villiage but Majin didn't take her as a sacrifice. He went to the Warlord's fortress, which had been all but inpentrable to humans, he destroyed everything in his path. He found the Warlord and killed him but his rage caused him to turn on the villiage but the girl once again offered her life to appese the deity, Majin didn't take her life and left his statue body and went to another one deep in the island." she said. "But that isn't the only myth of Daimajin."

"I actuelly can, by using it backwards, which is harder." said Suzuku. "But that's just incase I need to."

Rosa blinked, ears pinning back against the blonde hair. "There's more?" she asked, leaning fairly, close, tail thwapping against the floor steadily.

Leron nodded, still a bit curious, naturally. "Mainly your tactics would be to take captives and spies?"

Tera nodded. "Over time, the land was devided into three countries, two prospered but a third was ruled by yet another terrible lord." she said. "His people fled to the other two whenever they got the chance so one day he invaded the other two and to try and prove the legend of Daimajin false, blew up the statue. He burned several villiagers and one called out to Majin for help and the spirit of Majin brought another statue to life." she said. "The lord tried to destroy Majin with everything in his power but he couldn't. Majin freed the villiagers and chased the lord to the lake nearby, killing him with fire. After being thanked by the villiagers, Daimajin went into the lake to return to his slumber but he would be called upon to protect the innocent once more."

Suzuku nodded. "Yes, because sometimes that's the best thing to do but if a fatal blow must be delt, I can turn my sword around and do that too."

Rosa's eyes now flickered toward Tera and the checker board, still ptetting Rex and keeping the stone before him. She smiled however at this next tale. "At least it is better than the last tale. Majin did not go berserk as last time."

Leron nodded, nodding at the sense of logic. "Ah, true, very true."

"True." said Tera. "The final time was when yet another evil lord enslaved the villiage." she said. "A group of boys escaped and went to the mountain where one of the boys sacrificed himself to rise Daimajin but out of respect for the boys actions, he brought him back before heading to face the evil lord. "He entered the work camp, freed the prisoners and killed all of the lord's menions in the area." she said. "He then went to the lords castle and ravaged it." she said. "Before finally impaling the lord on his sword and left after being thanked for his help and that's the last legend about the Daimajin."

"Its a very good weapon, just like a normal sword but non-lethal." said Suzuku. "Unless I need it to be."

Rosa looked, wide eyed. "Now... the Majin isn't real, is it? You did say legends." she sounded nervous, still trying to get Rex to eat, petting his head.

Leron nodded, shaking his head for a moment. "So many things. So many legends and weapons, I wonder..."

"That I cannot tell." said Tera. "But every legend has some truth to it." she said, petting Rex.

"Ah, listining to her lession?" asked Suzuku. "Yes, there are many legends."

Rosa nodded, looking a bit concerned. "So, if the lives of a village are changed, how would one seek out the Daimajin?"

Leron looked a bit embarassed. "I'm not as learned as most. It's interesting to hear."

"Legend says that his statue rests in the mountains." said Tera. "And you'd have to venture there and beg him to help and helpfully he'd awaken."

Rosa nodded, seeming to calm down a tad at this news. She smiled lightly. "At least he can only be awakened in that way."

Leron smirked lightly. "Oh? I thought samurai were to be from wealthy families..." he shook his head in wonderment.

Rex barked, finished eating and nuzzled his master.

"True but who knows if he's even real?" asked Tera. "He might be or he might be a statue the natives worship but There's some truth in it, that's for certain."

"Well my family was wealthy, just I wasn't good at book learning." said Suzuku. "Samurai training was my calling."

OOC: Oh I'm rude! XD, sorry, okay: If Rosa has turned down many suitors, why shouldn't one of them be a warlord? He comes and forces Rosa to leave with him, lest he start war with her family and the village. Although, his temper is explosive...Just some way to fit Daimajin in, if you'd like. :wink:

Rosa nodded, petting Rex gently. "I can understand that. But, if little Rex exists, why can't Majin hm?" she giggled

"My family lost power, so book learning was out of the question." Leron grinned, "I was the only boy that wished to become a samurai."

"Rex isn't 30 plus feet tall." said Tera. "But it is possible Majin might be a simular creature." said Tera." she said. "Another being made of stone." she said. "Though I doubt his really a deity if that's the case, I find it more likely he's a stone monster like a Shisa that has kindness for humans or it is possible he's merely the spirit of a samurai animating the statues, that makes a great deal of sense really." she said. "If evil spirits exist, why not good ones?"

Rosa nodded, cradling the little Shisa in her arms. "Good and evil must co-exist in every part of life...Even the after life, and even in the realm of the Gods." she blinked "That IS what you taught me a few weeks ago right?"

Tera nodded. "Correct." she said. "Glad you remembered." she said. "So what do you think of your new guard?"

Rex's tail wagged and he smiled then yawned, getting sleepy.

"Evil warlord killed my family." said Suzuku. "Thankfully the Shogan that trained me, more like my father honestly, was enemies with him too and good friends of my family, you can guess how that ended up."

OOC: Yes, now what about the other one whos name I cannot spell off the top of my head?
