"I wouldn't run if you didn't chase me," Mist repated.
Alex sighed. "This is getting us no where." He looked at Mist. "Listen. Me and Shayla are here to help you."

"You?!" Mist said with disgust. "Why would you help me? Your father plans to kill me."
"And if he ever knew I was helping you, he'd have my head." Alex xhuckled. "Which is why he doesn't have a clue."

"But why?" Mist repeated. "I'm a criminal, remember?"
"Not in my eyes," Alex said. "I don't believe you did it."

"Alright." said Luke, he turned around and lashed out with his hind leg, hitting Alex as hard as he could in the groin. "If you say so, lets go."

Mist smiled slyly at Alex before walking off.
"Hey," Alex called from the ground where he fell from Luke's punch. "Get back here Mist." He stood back up. "i'm not finished with you."
Mist swished her tail at Alex. "I'm done with you."

Alex stepped on Luke's tail, causing him to fall and making it impossible for his to reach his 'momma.'
Mist turned aroung quickly. "Let him go," she said sternly. She marched up to Alex and stared him straight in the eyes. Alex smiled back at her, that stupid mocking smile she had one fell for. His smile just made her even more furious with him.

Luke snarled. He turned around and bit down on Alex's foot. He got his tail loose and bit down on Alex's pinky toe and jerked it up, trying to break it. He let go and leaned again his momma. He glared at Alex. "Meanie!" he said.

"Ouch!" Alex yelped in pain. He picked up his hurting paw. "That little vicious-"
Mist growled and cut him off. "We're leaving Luke." She picked him up and walked away from Alex.
"Don't walk away from me, Mist!" Alex yelled after her.

Luke looked back at Alex. "Big meanie!" he yelled. "You tripped me! I was just trying to get to my momma!" he yelled. "And my momma doesn't like you so don't follow us!" he yelled.
