Kyan looked down for a moment, staring at the ground. "I don't know why I'm such a coward at telling things to her..." He trailed off, glancing up towards Mick for a moment, then back towards the ground.

Wait. He thought, not trying to get the words out of his mouth. He figured Mick was already out of earshot. All Kyan could do now was head back towards his thoughts.
