Pobably Muru or Stella. Stella's physical appearence was quite sugesstive (which in some cases is somewhat okay, but this was a bit too far), but her song was a the most annoying song in all of WoC (I literally had to leave just to prevent myself from ranting at 7AM). Muru was annoying with that whole "discover who you are, not what you are" stuff, and the song annoyed the crap out of me when I most recently watched the movie about a year ago and probably seemed more equally as unbearable as Stella's.
And let's be honest, the moose in WoC made pitiful antagonists (I mean SERIOUSLY, if you're going to have an antagonist, at least make the fight longer instead of ending it abruptly with a challenge from another moose).

While I agree with you about the moose, it was kind of needed for keeping Balto and the others from being killed. (Although, the "choreography" of the fight was horrible.)
