I'm all for Kodi&Dusty. i like to think of Ralph more as Dusty's 'big brother'.(besides it's fun to see what kind of pups they'd have) but hey, thats just me

Could you clarify? I don't see how, for example, Kodi's sense of commitment works against him.

Yes, please do clarify. The way I see it, Kodi's commitment will work for the better, because that commitment should move on to Dusty. Hopefully that would be the case. Whenever I picture Dusty and Kodi together, I picture it as a serious relationship.

I think you dustyxralph supporters shuold try making pups for them and THEN try kodi and Dusty theres alot more possiblity

The commitment issue - to his job, I meant. WoC Kodi is wayyyyy committed to his job, he even risked the life of Duke just to keep it, and that's pretty hardcore. I wouldn't see it working out 'cuz Kodi wouldn't want it to get in the way of the job, and if Dusty falls out pregnant, you've got a considerable gap there.

Only if you stay with the "before" picture. He did change during that movie, enough to know that some things are more important than a job. To compare it to Balto, would Kodi have existed if Balto had remained as he was at the start of the first movie? No way, but he gained a measure of confidence (and a connection with Jenna) during the course of the movie, just as Kodi gained a new understanding of what really mattered.

In all fairness, I can see either one working to some degree, at least. As I've said before, I mainly support KodixDusty because Kodi seems to me the better man (OK, dog, but why be technical?) for her, and because it works better for the purposes of my writing. In other words, I support it because I'm sentimental and practical.

I don't think it has as much to do with the quality of one's brain as simply the perspective one comes from. I mean in all fairness, Dusty and Ralph did nuzzle in that scene, which give DustyxRalph shippers the advantage of actual hard evidence. KodixDusty has other evidence backing it, of course, but the scene remains.
