Quote: I'd have to disagree about the Chihuahuas... I don't believe they could live in the wild, though I don't really think any breed of domestic dog could. Not a Chihuahua, not a Dalmatian, not a German Shepherd Dog, etc.... Though Golden Retrievers are perfect in every single way, so they might. No, kidding.
I just don't think any dog has the wild instinct. A Border Collie might have a herding instinct, a Coonhound might have the let's-go-bark-at-it instinct, but IMO they all rely so heavily on humans. not sure, chihuahuas are a very ancient breed one of the oldest, decendants of the xolozcuntli a hairless mexican breed, chihuahuas were spotted duiring 1500 sorta, and on both toltec and even inca ruins hae been seen several artifacs consisting n small clay dogs who have small long dog tails, and big ears, so chihuahuas (or ancestors) were there before, if they couln't have been in the wild, maybe they woulnt exist here now.

Boston Terriers. As a rule, I do not like toy breeds, but I do not hate them. But Boston Terriers are my least favorite breed. Period. Ever.

Hey what's with all the poodle hating? *pouts* If you check out the poodle breeds, only the toy and tea-cup varieties are the tiny obnoxious ones. The standard poodle is pretty normal, if you leave its coat alone... Poor dogs.

Miniature schnauzers, hairless dogs, and most toy breeds.

XD Although, what I've learned about them (from various books) they're supposedly very intelligent dogs. =P I'm fine with poodles, as long as they aren't too barky. XD

Quote: Still, regardless of age, they were created by humans, to live with humans. Actually it is said Chihuahuas are adapted forms of the xoloezcuintly dog, natives used the dog for FOOD, yes they ate them, so it is said this dogs started adapting and became small, so they could hide easily, but this is unknwn too as well.

For looks, Shar-pei is my least favorite breed. What breeder decided to make them like that?
