So how exactly does it work? I'm told you need a WiFi Connection, but it'll also work with a friend. Does the friend also need to have the Mystery Gift?

Mystery Gift is evry confusing. Its not like it used to be in the other games. At least that when I tried it. I think it can only be used to send out event items or something. Cause thaats how i got mine? Yes, I just randomly Mystery Gifted

At first I thought you could get them through a regular event..but now I realized you need to attend the events so I changed my mind. @_@ I wish they wouldn't have made it like that. What about the poor people who want to complete the National?

I didn't hack the game to get it, though. And I didn't cheat. I actually somehow found it in the game. Again, don't ask me how, because I have no idea.
Also, I figured out where you can get an Eevee in D/P. After getting the National Pokedex, talk to Bebe in Hearthome City (her house is to the right of the PokeCenter) and she'll give you one at Lv5. I evolved mine into a Glaceon, and my sister evolved hers into a Leafeon. We bred them, got tons of little baby Eevees, and now I have all 7 eeveelutions on my National. :D
