"See ya." Zero said, smiling. When she was out of sight his eyes narrowed a bit and he pulled a chair up against a wall facing the door, gun held tightly in his paw. He already knew he couldn't rest easy until he was sure his three friends were back.

Slowly Nika fell asleep, only to be greeted with the horribale dreams again but this time they were different."Momma!Momma!" Lucky's cries of fear made Nika run as quickley as she could possibly manage through the ice cold water."Lucky!" She called, her eyes watering heavily a she pushed against the strongcrashing waves and peered through the fog franticly, looking for her pup. Nika soon caught his scent and raced towards a small island, a tall female loomed over him, a evil sparkle in her eye made Niak fling herself forward at her, sinking her teeth in the female's neck. The feeling of determination filled Nika to the brim as she attacked the female wildly , as if she was savage. But soon enough she saw Lucky at the corner of her eye, biting her leg "Get off momma!" He growled, confused and hurt, Nika stepped back."Lucky..I'm your mom now, well atleast if you want me to be." The female with the evil glint in her eye pulled Lucky closer to her with her paw, Nika's spine felt like curling and twitsing in disgust and sorrow."No..I don't know you, this is my momma." he leaned against the female, leaving Nika broken and shaken to the bone."But-But I-I, No!" Nika's eyes filled completley with tears and soon enough she hd filled the sea with them.

Zero could hear some noise upstairs. He gripped the gun tightly in his paw and went up. He went into the room Nika and Lucky were in, seeing Nika moving and whimpering in her sleep. He went and sat by her, setting the gun down and started shaking her. "Nika, Nika wake up."

Nika awoke with a large gasp, her legs trembling violently in shock and fear, her eyes were wide with terror, heartbeat racing wildly as she smothered her face in Zero's pelt. Nika began sobbing "H-H-He is gone..He l-l-eft." She cried as she looked around the room "Lucky!" The female grabbed her pup and hugged him closley.

"What happened Nika?" Zero asked, rubbing her back soothingly, his eyes full of concern.

Nika shivered as she tried to recall her dream "I-I don't want to talk about it, it doesn't matter." She tried her best to shrug it off but the feeling of loss still hit her repeatidly with great force.

Zero hugged her close. "It's alright. Lucky and I are here." He said soothingly.

Nika's spine shivered as she slowly and unsurley laid back down next to her pup "oodnight Zero." She said, her eye lids dropping.

"Goodnight. Sleep well." Zero whispered, picking his gun up and leaving the room. Instead of going down stairs he sat outside the door with Nika and Lucky in it.

Sasha looked at Charlie, " Carface took a lot of his goons out, because a rival gang invaded his turf, and just before he left me here he sent a group down to dispose of you because they thought you were at your apartment. I've been in here for days hoping you would come, and I'm glad you did,but let's get out of here. The guards who stayed behind got drunk and fell into a stupor, so now's the time to get out of here, but Charlie? Could I ask you a question? "

Meanwhile, Ace was still outside, with Zak, " Say, Zak ? Will Zero really stay up until everyone is safe? "

Charlie looked at Sasha with a preplexed look What does she want to ask me? Charlie thought to himself.

"Make it quick."

"I don't know much about him since we just met recently, however he doesn't seem the type. He's probably up right now waiting for us." Zak replied, looking around.

"Well, " Ace said, " Zero seems like a good friend, "

Inside the building, Sasha finally asked Charlie, "Why did you come for me when you could have been killed, Charlie?"
