Bethany nodded, trying to think back to her 15th birthday. She didn't remember much about it, only the fact that her and Nick had spoken quiet a bit.
"Cool." She said, unable to think of anything else to say.

Nick smirked and handed her a plate of food, turning and walking back to the living room: "So kiddo, anymore questions you wanna ask?" He chuckled, reffering to the fact that she had looked through his drawer.

((OOC: if we run into a dead end for this seagment of the RP, we could rp back to Nick's past lol I've got a sudden intrest in Nick's life after he got back from the war lol XD)

Bethany blushed, taking her plate and fallowing him. "No not really" She said.

And that was how they started, Bethany blinked out of her thoughts. She realized she was still sitting on the couch in Nate's house. She'd been lost in her thoughts for a good hour or so. Bethany shook her head, wishing she'd never had that chapter in her life. She stood, walking over to the kitchen and realizing she still needed to make dinner. She sighed, the sight of chicken in the refrigeration making her stomach lurch. She jolted away from the kitchen and ran to the bathroom, throwing up.

Nate came in the door soon after, his face was dirty, like a little kid who came in from the playground. He was greeted by his three big labradors but he pushed them all away and looked around curiously "Beth?!" He called worridly.

Bethany groaned into the toilet, holding her stomach and tying her hair back, as to not get anything in it. She flushed and washed out her mouth in the sink, brushing her teeth.
"Yeah?" She said, turning and looking at Nate, her face green.

"Hey, hey, hey..." He hurried over to her, brushing her hair gently back. "...what's goin' on are you okay? Did you eat something bad?!" He blurted, he couldn't help but worry he'd never seen he like this before.

"I-I don't know." She said, "I was looking at the chicken, going to go make it, then suddenly I had to puke.." She said softly.

Nate was quiet for awhile, then he pulled her close, stroking her hair and rocking soothingly "C'mon...go lay on the couch, I don't want you up.. not while you're like this." He said firmly.

Bethany gave a perplexed look, "Nate, I'm fine. I feel fine...Really." She said, other than the fact that she'd just thrown up, Beth felt completely fine.

Nate gave her a glare "Fine... But if you get sick again I want you to lay down." He said firmly, but with care.

"Okay, okay, calm down babe." Bethany said, standing on her toes and nipping Nate's ear playfully. She'd brushed her teeth, therefore her mouth was clean.

Nate grinned "Hey, stop, you know I hate that." He said playfully as she nipped his ear, he wrapped his arms around her pulling her against him and smiling down at her.

Bethany smiled wildly and nipped at his nose, "I'm a pi-ran-ha, from the the am-a-zon!" She joked, quoting the little girl from finding Nemo.

Nate grinned and hauled her up into his arms bridal style, touching his forehead to hers "That's fine by me!" He smirked, kissing her nose.

((We watched it in my Math class the other day because we ran out of stuff to learn x3 ))

Bethany smiled and wiggled out of his grasp. She sashayed out to the kitchen and started making some food. As she tenderized the meat, Bethany thought dimly about Jeffery. She remembered being a pregnant with him, remembered the same sudden spikes of sickness. He hands slowed as she massaged the chicken and she stared off, connecting the dots in her head. Her hands slowed, and slowed, until they'd come to a steady halt. The girl looked down, at the raw chicken. Her hands quivered and she calmly pulled away. Bethan looked at the ground as her feet guided her to the bathroom..
