"What did you think i was gonna do?" Alfred questioned, sitting down on his own bed.

Arthur smirked as he watched them go upstairs.

Kat didn't want to tell Alfred what she thought he was going to do, but she didn't want to be dishonest with him "I-I thought you wanted to...You know...Do...It..." Kat said sheepishly, looking at her feet. "A-And I didn't...Because every relationship I've ever been it has...Nevermind..." She said.

Alfred blushed -- He had to admit, the thought had crossed his mind.
"Oh, umm, no i didn't want to- i mean think..."

"I-I mean, I want to...But in time...I'm just...I want what we have to be different...Not like...The others..." Kat admitted sheepishly.

"No-No! Yeah totally..um..different.." Alfred replied shyly, scratching the back of his neck.

Kat looked at her feet in thought. Her blue eyes were dull now, all the humor in them had flickered away. She just wanted her and Alfred to work out, she was done with hook-ups and one night romances. She wanted to get settled into a nice long relationship and actually get to know someone. Kat's eyes darted up to Alfred quickly, then back down at her feet. She did think he was extremly hot, but not yet, maybe after a few dates. Maybe once she trusted him. Kat looked at the clock, it was getting late. But she could get a ride to school from Arthur right? Kat rolled her shoulders back, balancing her options, she could go home and fall asleep by herself. Or she could sleep with Alfred again tonight, she liked option two a whole lot better than option one.
"Um...Can I spend the night? Kristin is out of town for the week and the apartment is kinda'...Spooky when no one else is there..." Kat asked.

"Oh yeah sure, lemme check with Iggy." Alfred said, before opening his door.
"HEY IGGY. CAN KAT SPEND THE NIIIIIGHT!?" He yelled, waiting for an answer. There was a breif scuffling noise and Arthur was at his door.
"How many times did i tell you not to yell? And Yes, sure, i don't care just dont make too much noise." He replied.

"Thaankss mann!!" Kat chimed sitting back in the recliner and sighing. She hated sleeping alone.

"Mhm." Arthur replied looking at his watch, and cursing. "Alfred come down for dinner, Kat you can come too.." He said, trotting back downstairs.

Kat nodded and walked out of the room, she hook her arm through Alfred's as she walked downstairs and smiled at him "Thanks for letting me crash at your place." she said.

"Not my place~" He noted with a grin, following Arthur to the table when he'd set out a some plates for them and glasses. Arthur didn't eat, since he claimed he wasn't all that hungry, and he was about to sit down when he heard a knock at the door.
"Who..could that be?" Arthur wondered out loud, slowly striding towards the door, cautiously opening it. Like months before, the tall red-head stood before him, a cigarette in his hand, an evil glint in his eye.
"'Ello Arthur." The tall scot greeted his younger brother, who almost shivered.
"Ian."

Riley had fallowed Arthur to the door, and now looked, horrified, at the scott that stood infront of her "Ian..." She said, remembering how rude and unpredictable the man was. Riley's heart sunk, and on cue, Nico started crying, he's woken up from his nap. Riley retreated to the nusery and brought Nico back out. The little boy looked at the scott and blinked, the smell of smoke upsetting him.

Kat had gotten up too, but had only walked halfway. She narrowed her eyes, trying to see who it was.

Ian smirked, making Alfred clench his fists, and Arthur hold out his hand.
"You know me so well little brother." The scott cooed, pressing the cigarette into the younger's hand. Arthur, without wincing, carrying it and dousing it with water before tossing it in the trash. Ian entered the house, kicking the door shut, before looking around.
"So I heard you got married, eh? Had a kid.." Ian mused, looking around the house before his eyes fell on Kat.

Kat's blood went cold when she saw him. She blinked, not believing her eyes. But there he was...The man who promised her that he'd never leave her, stole her innocents and encouraged the idea of her ********* business. Kat's hands clammed up; her breathing was ragged and shallow. When he locked eye with her it felt like a jolt of electricity had been shot through her body. She tried to swallow, but her throat was dry and her breath felt hot and humid. She wavered for a few moments then broke the stare. Everything about her screamed for her to run, just like when she'd first met him, but she just stayed put. She looked at the carpet in front of her, her body tense. She didn't greet him; she couldn't will herself to speak.

"Katherine..Imagine seeing you here..in my own brothers house.." Ian cooed, not feeling the slightest bit of jealousy, just the same thing he felt when he first met her and the way he felt around Arthur; Power. Posession.
"Ian, what are you doing here? I thought you went back to scotland.." Arthur said quietly, the quietist he'd been around Kat.
