Villina cared for all of the animals, humming as she went. She had an appointment with a friend of hers and her friend's cat. she did the checkup and then talked with her friend until a family came in to look around the shelter and maybe adopt.

Villina greeted the family and showed them around the place, the littlest girl- who reminded her painfully of Haley- saw one of the yorkies and begged for it, her parents obliged. The boy,- who reminded her also very painfully of Joel- chose a great dane pup.

Adam::
When Adam pulled up into the yard, Rocky noticed Joker, snarling and clawing at the window. Adam patted him on the back. Adam patted Rocky on the back. Easy. Rocky looked at him and started whining. Anxious.

Villina got them the papers to fill out and two crates and sent the happy family off with their new animals, they had her number if they needed her and they had appointments with both dogs for shots next month, she smiled and watched them drive away.

Villina walked back to the house. She looked at her ring. 'We really should have a wedding.' she thought, she decided to ask Adam when he returned from work. She sat on the couch.

Adam::
He looked at the poor dog and then over at Joker. He patted Joker and walked into the house. Adam looked over at the door. He missed Mason. Adam walked over to Mason in the kitchen and hugged his son. Kissing his head lightly.

OOC::// right, but she doesn't know that yet really.

Villina looked up and spotted Adam, she remember that he got off work right about when she did, she walked over and smiled, offering him a cup of tea, she wanted to make sure he was happy before she asked him, being home always seemed to make him happy.

Adam::
No thank you. He said to the cup of tea. Balancing his son on his knee. Adam smiled some and rested his head gently on Mason's small back. Mason smiled and kissed Adam on his cheek. Adam loved his son so much and wanted to never leave him. Adam looked over at Villina.

Villina smiled, she nodded and set the cup down, taking a sip of her own sweet tea. She thought about ways to phrase the question she was about to ask. "Adam. Are we going to have a wedding?" she asked.

Adam::
I don't know. Are we? He asked back. He didn't know, he was never married before and didn't know how all of that went down or anything. He looked over at Mason playing with Rascal. He loved his son.

"Well, we have to have some sort of ceremony to make it legal. We could just have a small one, invite just a few choice friends or something." she suggested. She knew that much at least. "I'll have to work out the logistics." she added thoughtfully.

Adam::
Next year. He said, honestly he was nervous about being married. Figuring he couldn't stay in a commitment for to long anyway. He'd be putting everyone around him in danger somehow. Adam looked at the floor. He muscles twitched.

Villina shrugged, "Alright." she said simply, whatever worked for her, she just wanted him to be happy. She smiled and walked back into the living room. Next year will be a good year, she thought.
