Kat nodded “No…He’s fine…I get him more now…His life sucked…” Kat said simply, she wanted a hug right now, particularly from Alfred. She wanted to melt away into his arms and nestle there. She wanted to here the word ‘You’re safe now Kat, no one is ever going to hurt you, or leave you again’ she wanted things to be easy. She was tired of the heart break that came with love, she was just plane tired.

Riley looked at Arthur for a long time, and then felt herself tear up. She hugged him gently and looked at him, her eyes deep with concern.
“I’m sorry…For everything bad that’s ever happened to you…I’m so sorry….Ah man…Ah jeeze…D*mmit…I’m sorry Arthur…I want you to be happy…” She said, sounding just like she did when they were 15. Always apologizing, for everything.

Alfred looked worriedly over at her, and as if reading her mind, scooped her in his arms and sat down on the bed, Kat perched in his lap.
"'S okay.." He mumbled, hugging her tightly.

Arthur allowed himself to be hugged, not really responding much, besides muttering, "It wasn't your fault.."

Kat nodded, but fought back tears “It’s so hard, Alfie…Everything is so hard…” She muttered, retreating into his chest and frowning.

Riley shook her head and pulled away from Arthur, tears clear on her cheeks “I should’ve done…Something…When we were 15…I should’ve….known…tried to keep you safe…Keep you mine…” Riley said, her voice in a hushed tone,

Alfred winced as she used Arthur's nick-name, but kissed her neck softly.
"It's okay..Im here, the hero can protect you!" He said encouragingly.

Arthur hugged her back, tighter, pushing Riley onto the couch.
"No, I shouldn't have been born." He said, kissing her.

Kat shivered as his lips trailed her neck, then lingered. That was the first time he kissed her, voluntarily anyways. Kat looked at her and nodded and looked at him, faking her best smile and resting a hand on his cheek “I’m sure you can” She said simply, looking down at their laced hands.

Riley pulled away from the kiss “Don’t think that way, if you weren’t born…Where would I be? Probably still not talking, heck, I might’ve been dead if you weren’t around.” She said, pulling him closer to her.

Arthur kissed Riley again, more forcefully this time.
"No, Alfred would've helped you." He muumbled.

Alfred smirked, turning her head to look at her eyes. He kissed her on the lips then, linking his arms around her thin waist. Kissing Kat was deffinently different than kissing Arthur, in a good and bad way.

Kat felt Alfred’s lips on hers and her chest flushed with a feeling that she couldn’t describe. She felt his arm hook around her waist and she felt a rush of panic, but this was the same dance she all ready knew. Of course, with all the others it was just a quick hook-up, nothing like this. Kat…Felt something…Something real. She couldn’t place her finger on it, but then found herself running her hands through Alfred’s hair and pushing her chest against his. Kat pulled up a bit, trying to calm herself, but didn’t break away, not yet.

Riley kissed him back then watched Arthur’s face as he spoke “But you forget, I wouldn’t have known Alfred, if I hadn’t met you…” Riley said, referring to the day they were forced to sit next to each other as lab partners,

Alfred deepened the kiss, trying to feel the same thing he felt with Arthur -- anything. He felt it, that spark, the warm feeling of want in his gut.

Arthur pressed his lips against the hollow of of Riley's neck, planting soft kisses down her neck and collar bone.

Kat finally broke the kiss and smiled, actually smiled. She looked at him and found that her arms were wrapped around his neck. “Wow.” Was all she said, she felt a blush creep over her face, and she looked down.

Riley made a small noise of disapproval “Arthur, manners, we have company upstairs” Riley reminded, still not resisting Arthur.

"They're busy.." Arthur grumbled, inhaling his wife's scent.

Alfred smirked, and grinned. "A hero must be best at what he does!" He chimed, then pausing, noticing the silence from downstairs. "Hmm..Odd. Iggy's normally yelling right now. 's all quiet."

Kat looked over her shoulder, towards the door, but just snorted “Well…Isn’t Riley down there also…Maybe…?” Kat hinted.

Riley chuckled connecting her lips with Arthur’s “Fine then” She said, kissing his neck eagerly.

Alfred chuckled evilly, looking at the door.
"Mhmmmm..." He replied.

Arthur smiled faintly. Fades into...black?

Kat smiled wryly as an idea hit her, but she just turned back to Alfred. She looked at his sky blue eyes and smiled differently, almost happily. This time she kissed him, gently at first, then gradually building. She felt her chest rush with that emotion again, whether or not it was lust she didn't care.

Riley lounged on the couch next to Arthur, tucked under his arm and calm "You still sad?" She asked, grinning and giving him a sly look.

Alfred smiled.
"Should we go check on them?" He asked between kisses.

Arthur smirked slightly, pulling Riley closer into his chest.
"Not..so much."

Kat nodded, then detached herself from Alfred "Lets go!" She said, hauling him downstairs and gasping to see both Arthur and Riley in their underwear on the couch. Kat stiffled a laugh and then bust, laughing so hard her sides pretty much split.

Riley blushed crimson when Kat and Alfred came down. She frantically reached for a top and pulled it over her head.
