9/10 I'm not a HUGE fan of Anime, but I really love the shades of pink and yellow in the background. They are my favorite colors!

The concept is nice, but I think that the image in the back needs to be a little more faded. That would make it appear less cluttered and would also move the focus more towards the image in the front. I also can't say that I'm huge on the color change in the text. I can see why it was done, but it just...doesn't look that good with the rest of the image. I also think the text's placement is a little odd on for this particular image, or perhaps just the way it's laid out. Maybe try stacking the words ("together" on top of "forever") and moving them more towards the right, which could solve the color change problem, or perhaps even take them out all together.

The image quality is clean, the color scheme coordinates and looks pretty good, and the uneven boarder looks neat, but there's something about the text that throws it off a bit. I think part of it is the fact that it has the same (or at least, a similar) fading outline around it as the boarder, making it appear blurred/fuzzy.

7.5/10 The different shades are nice, but all the images clash from being crammed together.

It's actually not, but I can see why you'd think that.

I would suggest a thin boarder to pull it all together as an icon, but overall, smooth image quality and very nice color scheme! :)
