Could I have two animated small sigs?

Scene: when Scamp moves close to Angel and they nuzzle ^^
Text: Puppy Love
Text Colour: Purple

Scene: when Balto and Jenna are dancing/reuniting when Balto brings back the medicine
Text: Forever Yours
Text Colour: Blue

And can they both be pretty small, around the same size as the ones I've got right now?

I don't care if you can't make them or you can only make one ect. ect. Please take your time ^_^ And if they can't be made, I won't mind at all ^^
