Wow lol that didn't sound as a bad as I thought it was going to. xD I didn't know if my voice would be right, but I have an idea I' going to play with so maybe we won't have to take the music out of the film when we are talking I'm giong to try playing around with it on my movie maker and see if it works.

Ok well my favorit program for music stuff would be impulse tracker you can make your own music with ease same with recreate any song or music you like and same with editing so yeah I make music on there all the time and it is very easy.

well, that's cool silver wolf, but what I meant was I needed a program where I can split the clips into three major parts; the video, the background music and the foreground music (FYI voices and sound effects)

I don't know if that is even possible unless you have the original recording of the characters because it seems that the voices, music and background stuff have been compressed into one 'wave' for the film.
