"And the adventure begins!" Jaq barked trying to lighten the mood. "So, how exactly are we going to go into town unnoticed? If you haven't noticed they hate us...."

"If i could change once i can do it again Jaq.." Gilbert mused, feeling the warm sun on his back. He sighed, looking up at the sun, and he began to feel his fur practically melt away. In a matter of seconds, he had shedded his coat and was human again, straightening his shirt.

"Well that was easy. But what about me? I don't even look like a dog let alone a normal wolf! I'm from flipping Argentina!" Jaq was huffin and puffin about this. He wasn't sure what to do.

Alfred totally just dozed off between the conversations and when hero was mentioned he sighed. He wished he could be a hero... He was always known as the hero around his friends when he was a human but as a wolf Finn was the big hero. He huffed then noticed everyone was gone. "Oh cr**..." he said with a sigh. He ran forward toward the scent yelling "Guys wait for me!"

Finn walked slowly through the snow, looking at his paws and not where he was going. He was taken by surprise when he bumped into what he thought was a wall, until he looked up to see the beta and the alpha both smirking wickedly at him.

"H-Hi Alpha..." Finn whimpered lowering his head.

"Good day, Finn." the alpha said, with a voice like acid.

"Just stand in the sun and think about being a human, and how the warmth just.." Gilbert mused, holding his arms.

The alpha and his beta started to circle him. Finn watched them wildly.

"Finn, a few humans have gone missing, recently..." the alpha said, Finn's heartbeat quickened. "...you wouldn't know what happen to them, would you?"

Finn laughed nervously, "What?! No..."

Alfred bolted through the woods but stopped when he heard voices near by. Soon he saw Finn... And the alpha and beta. He gulped, but stood still, watching the conversation.

"Alright, I will give it a try...." He thought about the warmth, the warmth he missed so much. He felt his fur twitching, then before he knew it he was a human. "He** yeah! This is awesome!"

"SO you know nothing about these humans!" the beta snarled.

"No sir..." Finn replied sternly.

"Now Finn..." the alpha smiled and two other wolves joined him from the bushes, "I don't think that's true..."

Finn gulped and bolted away, not knowing what else to do.

"...Kill him..." the alpha ordered and his beta and the others tore off after Finn.

Gilbert laughed, before looking into the woods, and his mouth forming a stright thin line.
"Finn's in trouble." He stated boredly.

"What should we do? If we get caught we are dead meat man." Jaq was worried up to this point. He always layed low with the alpha. He started pacing, "This is bad Gilbert, way bad!"

The three massive wolves cut Finn off before he could escape to town, so he had to run deeper into the woods.

"Shut up i have a gun." Gilbert growled, stealing a coat off of someone's back porch and tugging it on. He trecked into the woods, looking around before he heard a rustle.
Finn, come to me. I can help, i'll help your sorry a**. He thought frantically.

Just shut up ya knucklehead, gimme a minute! he thought looking over his shoulder at the wolves who trailed him. He skidded to a stop, whirled around, and jumped over the woods before tearing off toward his friends, the wolves followed.
