I like the concept and the choice of quote/screencap, but graphically, it could really use some work.
For starters, a randomly-streaked background like that is very...dull. :/ Looks like scribbling, but not in a good way. (If you can pull off the scribbling effect well, then it's great, but this one...isn't. Sorry. :/) When not keeping the original background of the screencap, try and find a texture to fill the void (or make it transparent, if you can pull it off, but making good transparent sigs isn't always an easy task. To find a texture, simply go to dA or another art site and search "free texture". (Be sure, though, that the one you're using really IS free to use, and be sure to check and and follow the artist's terms of usage before using.)

Also, choose a different font. Different fonts work for different effects. I think with what you've got here, a plainer, non-italicized font may be better. Also, if there's a few specific words that you want to stand out from the rest of the text, put them in a swirlier font than the rest...

And finally, don't be afraid to play around with the coloring of the screencap a bit. Lighten, darken, tint...it can add great effects.

Though please understand that I'm not trying to be rude or anything...just trying to throw in some constructive criticism. :) Hope this helps.

I know where you're coming from with the critisism. I actually wanted it to be critised. I think I'm going to redo it, with the more varied font, and better effects.
