Fred waddled forward as fast as he could, still staring up at the...flying boy.

"What's the matter?" Coby sneered down at them, hoping he wasn't going too far. "Can't catch a blind, skinny, 14 year old kid?"

Sanders steadied his hat without removing his gaze from Coby. "G-Georgia!" he called like a child. "Georgia!!" he called louder, beginning to walk backwards.

Georgia growled to herself, hearing Sanders' cries for help. "What?" she yelled back irratably.

Fred answered for him. "There's a flying boy!" he stuttered, at a loss to say anything more.

Georgia stormed over, agitated. "What are you talking about?" she demanded.

"Look up!" Fred muttered, pointing at the sky with a trembling finger.

Georgia tilted her cap to see what was in the sky, and she saw... nothing. "You two are delusional."

Before Georgia looked up, Coby launched himself into a tree and hid in its thick branches. He chuckled to himself.

Sanders jumped up and down a little, pointing at the tree Coby rushed behind. "He's in there!" he exclaimed.

Georgia shook her head in disappointment. "What am I gonna do with you two...?" She turned away to walk back, leaving Sanders and Fred alone again.

Coby, seeing that the only smart cop around here had gone, leapt out of the tree again and hovered in the same exact spot he was in before.

Fred tugged at what little hair he had left in frustration, his balding head gleaming with sweat. He glanced up; there was that flying kid again! "Sanders, should we tell Georgia he's back?" Fred asked.

"GEORGIA!" yelled Sanders in response to Fred's question, without hesitation.

"What?!" Georgia screamed back in frustration from afar. "Is your guardian angel back?" she added, mocking them.

"More like a devil," Fred muttered under his breath. "He is back!" he called out in a louder voice.

Coby smirked to himself in midair, but his wongs were beginning to ache from all the hovering. He perched himself on the end of a long branch and tucked his wings back.

Georgia continued about her business. "Boys, tell me when you've got him in custody." she commanded. "I don't have time for 'I saw'."

Coby decided to take a small chance. "They're right!" he called.

Georgia recognized the voice as the blind boy from the car, and she immediately turned around and spotted him in the tree. She widened her hazel eyes. "What the devil..."

Upon Georgia's glance, he jumped all the way from the top of the tree to the ground (landing on his feet, mind you) and took off running to save the others some time.

Fred decided to take a risk as well. "Told you so," he muttered, clearly audible. He winced, bracing himself for whatever awful thing Georgia would do to him for saying that.
