"Your telling me..." Brady replyed back, not taking his eyes off kaya. Brady protectivly stepped over Rii, asd Kaya got closer leaving her pack walking up to Brady. Apparently she still has an interest in me... Not good sign. Brady thought. Kaya sniffed brady's back, knowing he was outnumbered Brady didn't move. She snorted and began to move in on Rii. Brady snapped in her face snarling, His hackles rose even farther, and his white teeth shined.

"Dont. You. Dare. Touch, My Rii. Back off Kaya, we're done, go away." Brady barked, kaya backed up, and flirtaciously wagged her tail. She put her muzzle beside his ear and whispered: "I'll see YOU later..." And she barked orders for her pack to move back. She lead them away, and Brady Stood off Rii.

My Rii? Rii smiled. Once Kaya and her pack were gone, and Brady allowed her up, Rii stood to her paws and licked Brady's cheek, smiling.

"oh, Rii, sorry you had to see that." he licked her cheek back and smiled. Sighing, Brady headed down to the river, and lay down. Hoping Rii wouldn't bring up the subject of Kaya. Nasty Lady. Gah, im glad i left her. Brady thought, lapping up river water.

Rii lay beside him, putting her paw in the water. "So," Rii tilted her head curiously. "You met her before?" Rii couldn't help but ask.

Brady couldn't help but huff. "Uhm, you could say that.. We were, Mates, at one point, she wanted pups i didn't, and she let it get the best of her, Kaya just wants to make "her" pack bigger, and i want a family. She wasn't right, like you are, and so i let her go. I guess you could say i kinda knew someone like you better than her would come and sweep me off mah feet." Brady smiled, and licked the Rii's paw in the water. "Now i really don't like her, considering it looks like she still has a thing so My hot self." Brady winked jokingly.

"Oh i see." Rii giggled at his last comment. She looked back down at the water. Playfully, she splashed water up at him, smirking mischievously.

Brady coughed, and jumped into a shallow part of the river, splashing Rii back. He laughed and laughed, jumping around in the water until it got dark, and he and Rii happily went back into the cave. Brady protectivly curled around Rii's small body, trying to keep her warm, they were still soaked. As the night drew on, Brady made the decision to give Rii one night of happiness.

The next morning......

ooc: Pm me if you want me to change anything, it just popped in mind^^

ooc: it's fine the way it is ^^

Rii lay cuddled against Brady, she had awoken moments ago, but didn't want to move from her spot. She yawned and rested her head on Brady's back. She thought about the previous night and smiled, cuddling closer to him.

ooc: Okay, just wanted to make sure. x33

Brady woke dazed, and warm all over, and he felt Rii cuddle closer. he thought also about that night, and suddenly began to worry. What if Rii didn't want... and what if she dosen't like me anymore....? Brady thought quietly, and then lay his head down on the hard rock floor. He sighed, hoping Rii would sleep longer.

Rii felt him shift underneath her and wondered if he was awake or merely moving in his sleep. "You awake hotshot?" she asked quietly.

"Course i am gorgeous!" He replyed, yawning. His large canine teeth glinted in the sunlight, and he blinked himself awake.
"Sleep...Well?" Brrady asked, almost able to feel the awkward floating around in the air. He was afraid of her answer, even though Brady knew he shouldn't be, but deep down, he was a little puppy with a gun in his face.

Rii sat up, stretching upward. "Mhhm," she said with another yawn as she was rousing herself awake. She chuckled. "How about you?"

Brady laughed.
"No sleep AT ALL??" Brady teased, giving Rii's face a thourough lick-down. He panted, and stood up, stretched and walked to the edge of the cave. he smelled the air, and caught the scent of a stray moose. Sickness infected, Brady could tell.
"Love, im going to go hunt, do you think you could wait here this time?" Brady asked.

"Sure, hotshot," Rii flicked her tail. "Just be careful out there alright?" Her head tilted with her question. "If you want any help just howl, i'll hear." she chuckled.

"Yeah, sure i'll be sure to be careful.." brady ran off, leaving Rii behind. The bushes rustled a bit, and Kaya walked into the mouth of the cave.
"Well well well, look who we have here. A lonely Mutt, hmm..." Kaya stalked further into the cave, getting closer to Rii. She growled.
"You're taking MY man, Brady new me first, and you don't belong to him, I do. Ugh, you stink of him, did you..." Kaya smirked, figuring out their story.
"Oh how pitiful. How could he with a MUTT LIKE YOU!!" Maya lunged in an attempt to kill Rii. She sank her teeth into Rii's flank.
