Rio lust lied down, to watch them have fun. He was exhausted.

Laika felt a large paw brush against her, and she whirled to see her mother's smiling face. "Hey!" she cried, beginning to chase Michelle.

Rio was thinking while they were playing, If Ai is still alive, aren't we in danger? I can't have my pups killed by her vengeance attitude! My guess is we all have to evacuate before it is too late, and before she knows.

"You guys play bby yourselves for a while, I have to go talk to your father," Sadie called. She was personally having similiar thoughts to Rio. She may be wrong about Ai being alive, but considering what she had done to them a long time ago....well, she wasn't going to take any chances with her pups, not even one based on suspicions and a possible hallucination.

Rio lifted his head up when he heard Sadie was coming.
"What's wrong?" He asked.

Sadie looked at Ryan briefly. "Let's talk over there," she said, gesturing to her right, farther away from Ryan or the pups.

Rio walked where Sadie had pointed.
"What do you want to talk about?" Rio asked.

"About Ai and the pups. Even though we don't have proof she's actually alive, I don't want to take a chance. We need to leave with the pups, somewhere safe. And we can't tell Ryan," Sadie said.

"I was thinking the same thing!" Rio said, then at the corner of his eye he thought he saw Ai again. It was even more clear. Soon she was gone, and he continued to talk, not wanting her to know what he saw.
"Yeah, we should leave, migrate our whole pack. But Ryan, he sure can't be trusted. Maybe we send him to get food, then we leave without him knowing." Rio suggested.

"But that would bring up questions within the pack," Sadie pointed out. They had basically become leaders after Ayame and William had aged more. "Maybe only our family should leave." Her eyes narrowed as her voice trailed off, lost in thought.

"Good idea then. Lets send Ryan out soon, then we evacuate. We cannot have Ai Hurt us!" Rio said.

"Wait, we can't leave without thinking it through! We need to know where we are going to go," Sadie said.

"Okay, how are you going to be sure Ai won't find our scent? She will smell where we are. Should we leave before a rain storm?" Rio asked.
