Hera glared back, but it was only half-hearted. As a wave of exhaustion overcame her, she realized just how tired she truly was. She got up and walked over to a grassy patch near the fire and lay down, and marveled at how beautiful starlight was through the trees.
Someday, I'll be there. She thought to herself. Among the stars where I belong. It's so far away....
Her thoughts drifted off and she closed her eyes, letting herself feel the sweetness of nothing overwhelming her, before she floated off to a better place.
"'Night." she murmured.

As Hera laid down, MAx seemed to realize how late it was. "Alright, time to get to sleep!" she announced. Shay heard disappointed groans, but the Flocks till laid down. Soon, Shay was trying to fall asleep near Hera, the Flcok trying to do the same.

Hera slumbered on peacefully until morning fell. She slept in until the last minute, groaning when the rays of the sun finally reached her eyes.

Max was already awake, looking as if she had been that way for hours. Alreayd, she was packing up things. Shay sat up, blinking and rubbing her eyes blearily. She yawned and stretched, enjoying the warmth of the sun.

Max sighed "Of course not, caffeine is bad for your health."

Shay said, fairly certain they had it stashed in one of the packs they wore. She caught the can as Nudge tossed it too her.
