Dewey smiled from ear to ear at Nika's comment. "It's like we're a family!" he meowed enthusiastically.

Cade rolled her eyes.

Nika smiled warmly and sweetly at Dewey "Yeah, I guess we are in some ways.." She looked around and saw Crow stumbling in "D-D-Dogs.." Was all he could manage to say before collapsing on teh ground in blood."Crow!" Nika ran over to him and picked him up "We need to set out patrols, now." She said as sh elooked around for the strongest cats "Scythe, Cade, Claw, and I will go to look around town and see what this dog issue is about, everyone stay inside!" She said as she set out into the town.

"Way ahead of ya." said Cade as she trotted out the door calmly. "Dogs are one of those pesky critters we beggars have to chase off regularly."

Dewey gasped and hid under a chair, curling up into a ball and whimpering.

[Um they are large dogs, I doubt a single cat can chase them off...]

Nika laughed and rolled her eyes at the cat's confidence as she walked forward.Her pink nose twitched as she smelled the burning scent og a canine.Large.Warily and steadily she stalked forward to get a good look at the animals that had torn apart one of her clan mates."Look." She whispered as she motioned her nose towards the massive Rotties that loomed over a peice of meat, muscles visible with out even flexing.

Claw patted Dewey with his paw, "It'll be alright. Keep the rest of 'em in line, sport." he said, sort of jokingly(is it a word?), and dashed off with the others. "Rotties, I've heard them called by humans." he commented on the dogs, "They're mean, real mean..."

Bic:// Cade hissed and pounced on one of the dogs' neck, then stood on his head and clawed at his eyes. The dog yelped and tried to get her off, but he couldn't reach the spot where she was.

Claw watched the two cats fight the Rotties. He waited a few seconds before he charged in, and he clawed at one of the dogs' leg, sort of tripping it up. He bit into the leg too, but quickly let go and tried to bite the dog on one of it's other legs. He dashed around the Rotties, lungining in and clawing at them.

Nika yowled angerly "You ignorant felines, these are some of the strogest dogs alive, we can't kill them, they will kill us first and they have our scent now!" SHe hised "I didn't say to fight yet!" She shook her head and leaped into the fight, she couldn't just watch her friends die before her.She bit onto the Rottie's ear and he yelped, jumping backwards to land on his back and her.She let out a yowl "Retreat!" SHe yowled as she noticed the dumb dogs weren't even bothered by the cats, they looked ta them as mere toys.

"What?! No!" Claw hissed. "They'll just come back! We have to fight them off!" he said, and bit the Rottie again. The dog whipped around, and tried to bite him. Claw tired to dodge him, but he was getting tired.

"I'm not backing away from some dumb dog!" snarled Cade at Nika as she scratched the dog more in the face.

Nika nodded urgently, worried for her friends. "Scythe is right!Sometimes being wise is better, and in the end you know that we will end up dead, they will pass through soon!Now come home!" She hissed, her tail resting on Scythe's."Oh, um sorry." She muttered, relizing what hse had done and removed her tail.
