Cachen smiled. "I no remember when I born, my eyes no open yet!"
"So you want to go talk to mom and our new friend?" asked Balto.
Lena nodded, looking around. "Lets go." she said, sneaking into a bush.
"Did you like the food?" asked Tina, wagging her tail.

Katie laughed softly. "You can bet I remember, though." she said, remembering that night of panting and sobbing--with results of joy and beautiful children...and the last night with her Father.
OOC: Getting a bit mixed up? ^-^
Balto nodded. "Lead the way. Your mate can look after her pups."
Tai whined lightly and followed in suit after Lena.
Kai nodded, smiling. "It good!"

"How big was I when I born?" asked Cachen, cocking his little head cutely.
Kodi nodded and walked over with Balto to Jenna. "Hi mom."
Jenna nuzzled her son. "Hello Kodi." she said, then licked her mate's nose. "Hello Balto."
Lena giggled, pushing through a bush, which had thorns in it.
Tina smiled. "That's good." she said. "Your papa doesn't know how to hunt yet though."

Katie giggled. "You were so very small, little one, all of you were." she said, licking his cheek softly.
Balto smiled as his mate licked him, and returned the affection. "How was your night?" he asked, knowing all too well how it turned out.
Tai became nervous as she spotted the thorns, trying to keep away so she wouldn't get hurt and bleed.
Kai couldn't help but laugh hysterically.

"Were you that tiny when you born?" asked Cachen, cocking his head.
Lena helpped her sister get safely through the bush and ended up steping on Katie's tail.
"I was worried about you...I always am when a storm like that happens." said Jenna, pinning her ears. "But you're safe, that's what matters."
Tina nodded to the little pup. "But he's not raised like a wolf, he's raised like a dog."

"Well, a lot of puppies are small when-" Katie stopped right in the middle of speaking, biting her lip softly so no blood spilled. She looked back and blinked. "Lena! Tai!" she said, trying not to yelp in pain.
Tai whined, ears pinning back.
Balto smiled. "Jenna, as long as there's you to look for after a sotrm, I'll always be safe." he said, licking her cheek softly.
Kai stopped laughing, but nodded softly, still giggling.

Lena whined. "Sorry momma...we worried about Cachen...he alright?", though she still didn't realize she was standing on Katie's tail.
Jenna smiled. "Well at least you've got Boris, Muk, and Luk there."
Tina nodded. "You're like a wolf, aren't you little one?"

Katie smiled, wincing. "Yes, he's okay now, Lena." she said softly. "But, baby girl, could you get off my tail?"
Balto laughed softly. "Yea, I've got them."
Kai nodded happily.

Lena looked down and whined, stepping back. "I sorry momma." she said, eyes tearing up, afraid she'd be in trouble.
Jenna nodded. "How are they anyway?"
"You're just like your momma's side of the family, huh?" asked Tina.

Katie smiled sympathetically. "Come here, my girls." she said, motioning for them to cuddle up.
Balto sighed. "Muk and Luk were nervous all night."
Kai blinked. "A-am I?' he asked, not knowing.

Lena nodded and curled up with her brother, licking his cheek.
"Tai! Tai come be with me?" asked Cachen, happy to see his sister.
Jenna nodded. "They may be polar bears but they're still, or at least they act like, cubs."
Tina smiled. "They're wolves and you look like one, do you act like a little wolf?"

Tai nodded, dropping and cuddling with her brother.
Balto smiled. "Key word there--act."
Kai tilted his head, curious now. "Papa!" he called, wanting to know.

Cachen licked his sister's ear. "Thank Tai."
"Momma, Cachen be ok?" asked Lena, concerned for her brother.
Kodi walked over to his small son. "What is it little guy?" he asked, concerned for his young son.

Tai giggled, licking Cachen's nose. "I love you, Cachen!"
Katie smiled. "as long as he doesn't see any more red stuff." she said.
Kai looked up at Father, curious. "I act like a wolf, Papa?" he asked, realling wanting to know.

Cachen nuzzled his sister and rested his head on her back. "Tai good sister."
Lena nodded. "We'll try hard to prevent that. Papa and grandpa got all the red stuff out of the rabbit...that was gross!"
Kodi thought about it and nodded. "Yes, you act a lot like my sister Aleu did when she was your age, she was more like a wolf."
Jenna nodded. "Yeah...though Muk has never gotten very big though."
