Isabella'a eyes drew round as she and Mort almost collided. His intent caring nature always seemed to tug on her heart string. Nodding to his response she was just about to say something before she could hear a somewhat familiar voice besides her.Craning her neck over her iced blue eyes rested on dark-haired girl. What.. was her name, she hadn't clearly seen her before but only smiled back to her. "H-hey Skye, I'm Isabella she paused, ctahcing her breath with a chuckle. ".. Oh yea I'm fine.. it's just a small cut, nothing major". Isa passed skype an honest smile before closing her locker door.

Giving a gracious nod to Brooklyn who seemed eager to follow after Conner, she said her thanks once more. "Thank you.. so much, save us a seat will ya!?" she yipped out, grinning as Brooklyn nodded to them before leaving. She turned once more towards Mort and Skye. She knew Mort would drag her off to the nurse's office anyhow, but they would have to wait for Skye to go the the lunch room.. or not.

Brooklyn rested her hands into her back pockets, leaning against the wall as a small kind of group gathered. Looking over them she lightly raised her chin at Skye, nodding a 'what's up' with no words, only movements. Shortly she watched Conner take his leave, thus in seeing this she turned back to Isabella, asking if she would be okay now. A firm nod of the pretty red-head assured her but she looked to Mort and lightly patted his back. "Take care of her Morty" Brooke said with a smile before taking her leave.

Upon hearing Isa she glance back and nodded, waving to them."Of course I will " She said and walked off after Conner. Rounding a corner she bumped right into Conner's shoulder and side, not having been paying attention to where she was going. "Umf..." She said, grunting shortly before gazing upwards, biting her lower lip some. :Oh.. Hey Conner, sorry.. ehh.. wasn't paying attention" The frame of her eyes slowly darkening in their exotic nature as she spoke.

Skye just shrugged as she walked away. So much for geting to know her. She headed down to the cafeteria, the smells of greasy (and usually nasty) food wafting towards her. She walked inside, and was immediatly greeted by a wave of sound. Chatting, shouting, and the occasional ariborne food item filled the air. SHe walked to the end of the long line, absenly shoving her money in her jean pocket.

And since her characters are at lunch, maybe she's waiting for us X3

Mort was a bit taken aback by what was all going on. "O-okay." he stuttered after Brooklyn as she dashed off after Connor. 'I wonder why she was in such a hurry... she'll see him in lunch...' then a thought hit him about the way she seemed to change around Con, 'I think she likes him.' Mort smirked at that thought.

As Izzy called out to Brooklyn, and Skye started to walk away, he couldn't help but feel bad as he felt they were giving Skye the cold shoulder. "Hey Skye! Wait a sec!" He tried to call to her, but he was to late. He never got the chance to really talk to her and get to know her. That should change. Mort was the kind of person who'd like to have everyone be his friend (well, except maybe the cheerleaders who stuffed him into that locker). He told himself to try to find her at lunch and apologize at least.

"Come on, Izzy. We should get the Nurse to look at that." he started to lean towards Isabella, guiding her in the direction of the nurses office. "And no objections! I'll feel better when I hear from a professional that you'll be fine."

Connor closed his locker door. His shoulder free from his bag, and his pocket full of change, he glanced at a lunch menu he grabbed out of his bag before discarding it. Was his money worth blowing on the school's slop today?
He didn't get to find out, for he was nearly thrown off balance when weight was suddenly thrown onto him. Though his thin frame may've looked weak, but he was strong enough to keep himself on his feet as well as the girl who bumped into him. He peered down at Brooklyn as she spoke to him. Her tone sounded... scarred? He wasn't sure. "S'okay."

He wanted to turn and keep walking when he was so close to the cafeteria, but he felt it'd be rude to just leave her hanging... "You okay?" He gestured to the double doors and the food waiting behind them. "You gonna join us?"

The line inched forward and SKye tapped her feet bored. She reached in a bag that she had brought and tooik out some headphones nad an I-pod, hiden the I pod in her bag, the headphones under her hear. Her fingers tapped out the rythm on her leg. After a while, they finally got to her. She turned down the volume some so she could hear. She held out her tray as they glopped some....uniedentified substance on her plate. Inwardly, she gagged, but smiled politely at them instead. SHe quickly put her money down on the table where all the money was, and chose a seat.

bic: Zac turned around from Bridgette and looked at Skye. He walked over to her. "Hey, Skye, you and Bridgette can sit in our table if you want," he said, then turned to look at his table. All his friends were there, laughing. And although the table seemed to be full, there was plenty of room for everyone. He then turned back to Skye and smiled.

Skye smiled back and cchanged seats. She sat down next to Zac. The table was quite crowded, but there were enough seats to fit the rest of them in. "Ok," she said awkwardly. She wasn't good around people she hadn't gotten to know, and the large group Zac gad around him fitted into that category perfectly. SHe prodded her food, and it qquivered slightly. She carefully put the fork back down, her appetite gone.

Zac smiled as she sat down. When it looked like she was uncomfortable, he tilted his head slightly. "You okay?" he asked. He heard all the laughing of his friends. "If you feel unconfortable because of them, don't worry. All they do is joke around and laugh," he said, laughing himself. He then turned to look at his food, nudgeing some of it. He took a bite and stuck out his tounge. He looked up at his friends and sighed in a joking way. "This food is never gonna taste good is it?" They all laughed, including Zac.

ooc: when do we do the dare? When the others get their characters in the cafeteria?

BIC: Bridgete Looked around at her friends. "Guys, I have to eat. all i get from home is dog food.. or atleast.. i think it is.." she joked, puching her tray up to the middle and Stuck out her tounge. "Doggy Kibbles better then this though!"
