"So, anyway I'm going to guess your favorite color is...red and black?" He chuckled as he took in her room, and flopping down on her bed next to her.

De smiled back up at Shay "What's the difference?" He asked with a friendly hint of sarcasm. De noticed her hand and reached out to grab hers before she could grab his.

"I had no idea there was such a diferrence!" De sat up and scooched closer to Shay "But if it's that important.." He trailed off looking into her eyes.

De's golden eyes still stared back into her's as their face's got closer, yet he didn't move toward her this time.

De closed his eyes and turned away, got up and all but ran down the stairs, grabbed his bag and went out the front door with a quick "See you." as he left into the rain and dissapeared down the street.

De stopped as he heard her, a normal human wouldn't have heard at the distance De was at. He sighed and sat under a tree, he nearly lost control. "Another inch, another milimeter, and I would have..." He trailed off with a shudder. He froze "What if she asks what that was about!?" He pulled his knees to his chest and rested his chin in his hand with a blank look in his eyes "What am I going to do?" He snarled at himself before sitting there silently.

De picked it up and threw it across the street, the sound giving off were he was. He wanted Shay to find him but at the same time he didn't, the smell of her blood was intoxcicating, if she really wanted to find him she would know by the rock.

"Shay....I......It's just..." De stumbled to find the right words. "You wouldn't belive me if I told you." He finally decided on what to say. He glanced up at Shay the quickly pulled his hood up and went back to his deppressed state
