Tucker looked at the small retriever pup "WHo are you kiddo?" he asked.Tucker was the sort of friendly dog you expected to be sat in a house being clambered on by several babies and toddlers.

Dart looked shocked for a second then recovered himself "Well, can you prove that pup?" he smiled evily "or are you the sole witness of this non existent event" he sneered

"Shes not alone I saw it" barked Buddah

Tucker looked at Dart "You seem to be accused" he said. You could tell he was supressing a smile.

Dart looked up "oh" he said then he looked at The puppies "We cant..."

"Lets see what jack has to say" barked Buddah

Budderball stared at Shadow, he then walked up to him while the others were still busy talking. "Why were you so nice?" He asked silently.

"I was only nice once, don`t make a big deal of it." Shadow snapped quietly. "Listen big fella, just stay outta my way and no-one will get hurt, stay in the shed behind the barn with your brothers and sisters, no-one goes there. I will drop in on you all from time-to-time and give ya some food." Whispered Shadow whispered, though he kept his mean face, not daring to trade it for a kind face.

B-dawg dragged Budderball back by his jersey. "Budderball, don`t talk to him." Said B-dawg.

Shadow sighed as he remembered his past.

Shadow`s past

I could feel the warm lick of my mother, her soothing voice made me feel safe, by the time I was two months old, I spent alot of time with my dad, he taught me alot about rounding up sheep, one day a bad storm rolled in, the sheep were vunerable on the low ground, there was flash floods and my parents got the herd to higher ground, but lost their lives, they drowned. I was sad, but Dart taught me to be stronger, meaner, don`t care about anyone elsebut yourself...I now know that these puppies might be the cure for my saddness, I have to help them get home, I have to take care of them without Dart noticing.

Rosebud nodded quickly one more time, before running off with B-dawg and Budderball, back to the shed, remain unseen.
Mudbud followed after her.

Jack stilll layed motionless.

Bump!

Dart stood up "Well,I'm going to escort these puppies out of the farm boundary" he growled.

Tucker nodded.

dart growled at the pups,Even though he could only see three of them "Right you lot get moving" he snarled.

Buddah hid efficiently out side.

Dart stormed out, He was used to getting his own way "SHAdow! Get out here!" he barked.

"New lesson" replied Dart stiffly "COme on, We can do some cliff work" HE SAID.
