'I'm fine, leave me alone' Huntress growled. Her body was slightly curled up and she was glaring at the ground, not looking at Glaedr. In truth she could feel the heated burning of her injury, but she wasn't about to show it. She gave one of the cuts a quick lick to mop up the dribble of blood, and started to walk again. She didn't get very far before the sprain weakened her foot enough to make her stumble again. She gritted her teeth, half in embarressment and half in pain, and tried to walk again but the pain was too much.

"Huntress, you aren't fine, you need help." Said Glaedr, walking up to her slowly, not sure if she was going to attack or just let him help. Glaedr slowly went to help her up, his caution was obvious and his movements were delicate and slow. Glaedr knew she didn't like him helping her one little bit, but he still tried to help her up without getting bitten or scratched, or wounded in any kind of way.

Huntress whipped round and was about to bite Glaedr when another wave of pain rushed up her leg. She shut her mouth and gritted her teeth again, but allowed Glaedr to help her up. Only because we need to get back to the pack quickly she told herself, letting herself lean slightly against Glaedr. The relief was amazing, and she almost sighed as the pain slowly disappeared. She could tell he was slightly scared of her, he had seemed cautious, and she felt her anger flare up, but not at Glaedr. What am I turning into, everyone is scared of me, is this what I really wanted to become she thought.

Glaedr smiled slightly, partly with relief and partly with happiness, because she hadn't wounded him and she trusted him slightly. He saw the look of anger on her face, the look that had been there almost the whole trip, he could tell that yet again, something was up and he knew that this time she would not tell him, so he didn't bother to open up his mouth and speak, instead he thought. 'Is she mad at me AGAIN, or is she mad at someone else?'

'Shall we go then, people could be dying because of my dawdling' Huntress muttered. She was slightly amazed that she hadn't said 'our dawdling', but maybe she was changing. I hope so, I don't want to spend my life with others living in fear of me she thought, but will I really be able to change? She sighed and stood waiting for Glaedr to start walking, but she still didn't make eye contact.

Glaedr once again picked up the flower and walked at a reasonable pace, letting Huntress lean against him slightly every step of the way.

Huntress sighed, she felt a bit ridiculous hobbling on three legs and leaning on Glaedr, but at least she was moving forwards. He could have left me to take the flower, maybe he should have done, then he could have got the flower back faster she thought, but her thoughts were rudely interrupted by some twigs snapping at the edge of the forest. She didn't really have the energy to growl, but she still turned her head, and then did want to growl.
Aurora stumbled out of the forest, having trailed after Glaedr's scent for a while now. She was bleeding badly on her back where two large gashes ran down either side of her spine, and another large bit on her leg was making her limp. When she spotted Glaedr she nearly cried out in joy, but stopped when she saw Huntress glaring at her. She seemed to be injured, which would explain why she was leaning on Glaedr. She walked up to the two slowly, careful to keep her distance from Huntress.

Glaedr turned his head slightly and smiled, he almost ran up to her and hugged her with hapiness. But instead he kept on helping Huntress. "I see you made it, are the wolves dead?" He asked, full of curiosity.

Aurora shook her head. 'They are ghosts, I couldn't kill them, but I hurt them enough that they didn't want to follow me' she said, tying not to remember the battle too much. 'What happened to you two?' she asked, wondering how Huntress ended up with a sprained ankle and what else had happened to them.
Huntress growled at Aurora in her mind, still without the energy to growl outloud. She was thankful Glaedr hadn't just left her, but he could see how happy he was to see her and that made her heart hurt even more than it did before.

Aurora shook her head and smiled, Glaedr said such simple things sometimes. 'So you guys were ok, apart from falling over' she asked, not meeting Huntress's gaze. The smile lingered on her face for a few seconds before disappearing as she felt Huntress's stare burn into her.
Huntress gritted her teeth at Glaedr's words, he made her sound clumsy and weak. She snorted at Aurora's reply, and narrowed her eyes at her. If I could kill her right now I would, but I don't think Glaedr would be too happy she thought angrily.

Glaedr nodded he couldn't help but smile slightly, the way Aurora put it, she made Huntress sound like a clumsy child, but the smile vanished when he realised how angry and annoyed Huntress looked. 'I better not make her angrier than she already is.' Thought Glaedr, but it was kinda in his nature to be playful and a bit stupid, just so he could make his friends and family laugh. 'That reminds me..I wonder how Ember is doing, and even more importantly, dad..I can't lose another parent, I lost mum, but I'm not gonna let him leave me and Ember!' Thought Glaedr, the way he gritted his teeth and narrowed his eyes, gave away the fact that he was either thinking about something nasty, or something sad.

ooc: I was thinking maybe the dad could die, it'd make it a bit more sad, I have something good planned.

Aurora smiled back at Glaedr when he smiled, she was glad he was still able to smile after all he had been through. She stole a glance at Huntress, following Glaedr's line of vision, but was met by eyes burning with a venomous hatred. Why does she hate me so much, I haven't done anything wrong, but if she wants to hate me then I will let her she thought, turning back to Glaedr. As her gaze returned to him she noticed his thoughtful yet angry face, and questions brewed up inside of her. 'Glaedr, what's wrong' she asked quietly, stepping forward and nuzzling him gently.
Huntress burned her gaze harder into Aurora when she turned to look at her. She could detect the distaste in her eyes, and she mirrored that. After their eyes parted, Huntress looked down at her paws. At Aurora's question she briefly glanced up but wished she hadn't, Aurora was nuzzling Glaedr compassionatly. Huntress growled under her breath and turned away, the tip of her tail twitching in anger. 'If we want to save any lives we should start to head back now' she grumbled, and began to slowly walk forwards.

"Nothing." Replied Glaedr, staring at his paws. "I was just thinking about my dad, and my little sister, and how much I don't want my dad to die." He added, he then continued to walk. A smile forced itself onto his face when Aurora nuzzled him. Still, Glaedr's worry was clear, even if he was smiling.

'Then we should hurry, no more lives need to be lost, come on let's hurry' Aurora said, grabbing on of Glaedr's horns in her mouth and dragging him into a run. It was akward but she didn't care.
Huntress saw Aurora and Glaedr catch up and then slowly begin to overtake, she wasn't walking very quickly so even if Aurora hadn't been dragging Glaedr they still probably would have overtaken her. She didn't watch them, she dropped her gaze to the ground in front of her.
